Very tasty rice
Excellent red rice, nutty taste, chewy texture, and much healthier than white. Fair price too. Impossible to find where I live, so it’s a repeat purchase for me! Soak in cold water beforehand to make cooking time quicker…

Great rice but takes for ever to cook
Tastes nice, but takes about 40 minutes to cook 🥺 for some reason I thought I had bought a bigger bag too. It is a lovely nutty texture and a good flavour, but just cook it ahead of time.

Not for me
It takes a long time to cook, NOT the advertised 20 minutes. I found it's best to soak it for a few hours and then cook it for 40-45 minutes. Therefore, it's not a quick fix, like white rice, it takes preparation and planning. It's firmer than white rice, which is not to everyone's taste. I won't be buying it again despite the health benefits.
