This laptop is the best. It is a tank. You can drop it, knock it off the table--I've seen people in videos stand on them while closed(I didn't try that). I love that I can charge it with a USB C cable(you do need cable rated for laptops and not just a low power phone cable). It is SUPER light weight. I've had it over a year and a half and I haven't noticed any slow down or decrease in quality of performance. The only problem I've had is that the fingerprint reader stopped working at some point, but thats not a big deal to me and I feel confident that I could fix that with some driver updates if it ever really bothered me. This is not a gaming laptop, but if you need a laptop for browsing, writing, listening to music or watching shows on, and you want something super lightweight that isn't fragile and can be away from the charger awhile---this is a great choice!

Very easy to use, lightweight and speedy. The interface froze repeatedly however both when idle and when in use. Stopped in the middle of my exam!

It is incredibly light. My previous computer was a 15" screen. The extra .6 inch is much more comfortable to view.

The only thing I got against this is the battery life keeps bouncing back and forth but it is a lot longer than 16 hours. It's exceptionally lightweight It's got enough horsepower to do anything

It was great for exactly 4 years. This morning the WIFI driver abruptly disappeared. I was on the internet, then lost connection. PC says the WIFI driver is not found. How does one download a wifi driver without wifi? And yes, I tried reloading the driver per the troubleshooting page, twice, no luck. I will try the geek squad, but not hopeful.

I had a smaller Lenovo convertible laptop and the network adapter died. The Lenovo keyboard had the shift key and arrow key switched which I had to reprogram. This one is lighter and has a bigger screen. It also has a complete keyboard, including a number pad and separate arrow keys. I’m not a gamer, but the speed is more than adequate for my needs. All and all, I’m very happy with it.

This is the first time I've owned an LG computer and I am very impressed on its quality. The laptop is very light and the screen is very crisp and the touchscreen is very responsive.
