Happy with purchase...but this info will help
I have no regrets about this furniture line. I bought the whole set! Its design and assembly is identical to Ikea and requires patience and an understanding of the logic of how its all put together. Two criticisms though...the screws, locks, pins and dowels SHOULD be in separate bags instead of just 1 mess of a bag. Also these items aaaaren't actually all black ( this wasent a mistake but seems to be how its classified now adays. Ikea calls this color " brown black" see the attached pics( I added handles so ignore that) but this isn't all that noticeable until direct light hits it. Definitely set aside a couple to a few hours for assembly and to familiarize yourself with the pictured instructions ( pay CLOSE attention to where the hardware goes in the pics). The worse part of it all arguably is the repition of the drawer assembly but when its all done you will be pleased!

Be patient and don't over tighten the locking pins!
Many, many, many small parts and it was boxed with crumbling styrofoam padding that because of static stuck to everything! I bought three and attached them to each other to make one large triple-wide chest of drawers that supports a 70 inch TV in my bedroom. After opening the first one and realizing the potential mess from the styrofoam I carefully vacuumed each wooden part as I removed them from the box. It took a great deal of time but cleaning up afterward would have been even worse. Another thing I found was to be very careful with the small pins and their little round aluminum locking pucks. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THEM! The pins can screw in too deep and damage the outer finish and the locking pucks can break rendering them useless. Luckily there were just enough extras in the many bags of parts. I used a muffin pan and sorted the 10 to 15 different little parts needed for assembly. Be very patient and work carefully. The instructions are a little difficult to see which holes the pins go in so be ready to take a few back out and relocate them as you work. Each chest took me over two hours to assemble not including the vacuuming so start early and in a good mood. 😉👍

But it was pretty basic. As for how it holds up
Bought the whole set for my teenager that felt the need to redo her room all in black. Yes, it is "put it together" furniture. If you have never put furniture together, it might take you awhile. I am a woman and I know how to use a screwdriver. Barely. But it was pretty basic. As for how it holds up? As well as any screw it all together furniture. If you are going to be rough with what you own, it might fall apart. My child does yank and slam every now and then, and it's holding up fine. I've got to give this 5 stars. Redid a whole room in black (1 star in my opinion of decor) for barely any $ spent. I only expect it to last a couple years. Spend thousands of dollars if you need it to last an entire lifetime. Suited my needs perfectly.

flimsy trash
This is by far the worst product I have ever purchased on Amazon. I am accustom to purchasing ikea furniture. I thought this would be similar to the 4 draw MALM dresser for 125 dollars, as I live in an area where the closest ikea is 9 hours away round trip. This is not anywhere close to as durable as something purchased at ikea. The side planks arrived cracked, the planks were packed without any covering between them, they were dusty and scuffed. The directions are poorly executed, all the screws are packaged in one bag, they are not labeled nor are the pictures provided clear as to which screws to use . I dont believe this product is worth more than 65 dollars. This whole line should be discontinued. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS Product, Unless it is a gift for your enemies so that their hands be pierced by splinters, their floors covered in dust and discarded Styrofoam packaging, and their children crushed to death by precariously constructed, likely formadlyde ladden MDF. In fact, now that I think about I will pass this along to my enemies.

Use 2 people
Took little longer for me to assemble because my dad always taught me to put extra glue in corners etc... Although it probably didn't need it, well built. Love dresser. I did mess up alligning front as I was doing myself and I popped a finished corner. But little black marker, glue and all good.

Actually decent once put together; assuming it's produced properly
The small assembly parts (screws, dowels, etc) were all thrown into one bag and had to be sorted. Following the at times very vague directions was stressful; the images are not very detailed and you are left to question whether you are putting that screw into the proper hole. All in all it took about three hours. The biggest bummer is the damage on several of the pieces - you could tell that whoever handled the items prior to packaging didn't treat them with care. The packages themselves arrived intact and the corners of the edge pieces were fine, which tells me that the damage occured prior to the journey to my house. Protip: use wood glue on all joints to increase durability. Once built, the dresser does feel very sturdy. For the price, the quality overall is much better than anticipated. Comparable dressers from more 'well known' outlets cost at least 2x more, and I doubt they are 2x the quality. Best feature: soft-close drawers! On a $150 dresser, that is a feature I was shocked to see.

Just what we were looking for
I like that the back of this is actual wood and not cardboard like the last three dressers my daughter has pushed her drawers through. The drawers aren’t super deep to really allow stacking but they still seem to have adequate space. I needed this color/wood grain to match her vanity but I’m very happy with the purchase.

Although it took awhile to assemble all the drawers work very nicely and great value for the money
