Feit Electric BP50G8/830/SU/LED 50W EQ DM LED Puck Light Bulb

The bulb isn't an exact replacement for a G8 halogen. The socket has a recess where the pins on the bus bulb cannot reach. The packaging includes a template that gives the impression the bulb replaces a G8 halogen as seen in the attached photos. I was expecting an extension or slider on the back side of the bulb to be G8 socket compliant. Instead, the pinouts are only spaced the same apart as G8s.

Wow bulb fits perfect in pod lights and it brighter than the original bulb. Took me a few bulbs to find these. Worth the extra money. In picture left one is original right one is the LED. The other ones I tried just can not compare with these.

Small, powerful and easy to install, this is an excellent LED light that is highly directional for a kitchen light that only pulls a few watts.Only had it a month an hoping the longevity is years.

Only LED we could find this size, and works great. However we failed to notice light is one sided. We needed 360 degrees, this is only 180. We are using it anyway. Thankfully the fixture we are using it in is opaque and spreads the light well enough for what we need.

These are not durable. Installed this in a dimmed, 120v, under-counter lamp, timed to run for 10 hours each night. The first bulb died within a month, so I replaced it. The replacement also died within the month.

Bulb fits perfectly in the under cabinet lights. Extremely bright; wish there was a lower brightness version. Otherwise fantastic!

They don't get hot like the old ones.

Bought two in the last year. One lasted about 6 months and was constantly low-key flickering. The second one was dead on arrival. Would not recommend.
