Only Two Slots Work

Second one, first one I gave to my parents. It will charge batteries my 12 battery charger will not.

This one works through it and if one's really bad, you can tell exactly which one it is
Some of my battery chargers just flash red and refuse to attempt to charge "half-good" rechargeables. This one works through it and if one's really bad, you can tell exactly which one it is. The LCD feature works well; I'm not sure why all chargers don't have this. The corded A/C adapter allows this charger to be connected at a distance from a surge protector, saving some space too
