Excellent! Kept my peptides extremely cold for well over 12 hours. Plenty of room in there too, 4 pre drawn syringes and 3 nasal spray bottles. The carry handle on the lid did pop off in my backpack but that’s my fault, 2 second fix. Glad i chose this one over cheaper alternatives with bad reviews.

Really keep the cold but just limit the time in the freezer as the blue bottles does deform and the the storage capacity shrink a bit and would be difficult Fill up with the pens. I discovered that is better to freeze the blue bottles lying on the convex part so the liquid will freeze better and the curve of the bottle does not deform, being able to better insert the injections in cooler. We needed to carry 8 alirocumab 75mg injections so I bought 2 bottles and they fitted just about

7 pens? yeah if you dont put the ice pack in! defeats the purpose. 4 if you actually need to use it. very expensive for just a thermos flask.

It realistically fits five pens comfortably. The sixth pen is a tight squeeze, and adding it leaves no room for the thermometer. The overall build quality seems fine, but the handle on top of the lid was already detached, so I wouldn’t rely on it for carrying the case around. I haven’t tested it in real‑life use yet, so I’ll update later. For now, the product looks sturdy from the outside. Update: We’ve used this twice now, and it performed well in keeping the bottle’s temperature stable. During the second use, though, both ice packs became noticeably deformed. They were frozen for about 7–8 hours beforehand. Even with the deformation, it still maintained the temperature reasonably well between 2°C and 8°C, but it’s disappointing to see this happening after just the second use. We have a few more flights coming up before we can give this thing a rest, so hopefully it holds up.

I found this very satisfactory for keeping my teraparatide medication cool on a long haul flight from London to Melbourne and on subsequent travel around New Zealand. Being a new user of this osteoporosis medication I was quite nervous but now feel confident in managing travel. The thermos was always examined after I passed through baggage control and on occasion I had to show my medication travel letter. Otherwise no problems. It accommodates my teraparatide (terrosa) pen and one other vial of medication. Don’t exceed 8 hours when freezing the gel or it the pack will distort. Where hotel rooms don’t have a fridge or satisfactory fridge I found receptions very helpful in storing my pen and gel pack in their main fridges.

I used it on a 12h trip to a very hot city and it kept the temperature very well. I tried the bar code to identify the owner but it always point to some unrelated websites, unless it's my app. Anyway I chose not to use it.

Bought this for my Daughter as she has MS and was moving to Australia so wanted something to keep her medication cool (fridge temperature) whilst she travelled. She arrived in Australia and reported back that it kept her medication at the correct temperature- it even comes with a thermometer that you put inside the flask. She mentioned that Security at the airport was very straightforward and it was easy to unscrew to show them what was inside. Maybe a tad expensive but happy to pay knowing that it didn't ruin the medication after travelling for over 24 hrs.

I was skeptical when I first bought this product if it would really stay cold for so long. I typically fly about 20 hours total trip to see my folks abroad. Bringing my diabetes meds is always a hassle. I tested this product at home for two days and it was still perfectly cold even sitting in the sun. Great product would definitely recommend specially if you are going on a longer trip!!

Je recommande ce thermo sans soucis pour y mettre les stylos d'insulines, attention la capacité est petite contrairement à la description du nombre de stylos que l'on peut y loger selon le type de stylo car le bloc réfrigérant prend de la place, je conseille de vérifier avant de placer le bloc congelé. Il tiens bien le froid facilement 24h et plus si on l'ouvre pas de trop pour vérifier la température (bien pratique le thermomètre livré avec). A mon arrivée en Espagne au mois d'Aout et très chaud, j'ai mis le thermos avec les stylo d'insuline (5 Humalog et 1Toujéo) dans le petit réfrigérateur de la chambre d'hotel est c'est resté facilement 2 jours en plus bien froid pour testé la capacité de tenir, donc ce qui fait 3 jours sans problème. Je recommande ce produit sans soucis et le vendeur
