Great taste for sweet tooth, low in sugar
I love this dark chocolate cereal for a snack when I need something sweet. It’s low in sugar and higher in fiber, but also has a really good taste. It’s nice to have something crunchy as well! You can put it with milk and eat it like cereal, but I prefer just eating it out of the bag. Great snack for if you’re trying to keep your sugar intake low!

Delicious, Guilt-Free Chocolate Crunch with 11g Protein and only 110 Calories per 36g serving!
I am so impressed with Catalina Crunch Dark Chocolate Protein Cereal! The flavor is rich and bold, with a deep chocolate taste that feels like an indulgence while still being completely guilt-free. The nutrition is where it really shines: 11g of protein per serving, keto-friendly, gluten-free, and sugar-free with only 110 calories per 36g serving—all in one cereal! It’s rare to find a breakfast option that checks so many boxes without sacrificing taste or texture. The crunch is super satisfying and holds up well in milk, making every bite enjoyable. Knowing I can get my chocolate fix while sticking to my health goals is a game-changer. This is my new go-to cereal for when I want something delicious, filling, and protein-packed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a healthier cereal option that still feels like a treat!

Very Good Low-Carb Cereal with a More Reasonable Price
Catalina Crunch is dubiously a "keto" cereal, if you really do need to keep under 50 g carb a day (let alone 30), but they're respectably low-carb, have the allure of mimicking traditional sugar-bomb breakfast cereals, and aren't as expensive as some of the competitors. Plus they aren't as insanely high in saturated fat, which whatever some Keto Kultists will tell you will elevate most people's LDL particle number and drive atherosclerosis. It's really very tasty, stays satisfyingly crunchy-yieldy in milk (some of the others get soggy very quickly, or have the permanent texture of Malted Milk balls), and when you're done you get to slurp up the leftover chocolatey milk. And I prefer this Chex/Life/Cinnamon Toast Crunch format to the puff format of most low-carb cereals, or the Rice Krispies-ish format of HighKey. I'm especially a fan of the Peanut Butter Cup, which is funny because I never ate Peanut Butter Cup, cereal as a kid. Some reviewers complain that they can't taste the PB. I don't know if Catalina has maybe subsequently reformulated, or if these people got a bad batch, or if these people all had COVID and couldn't taste anything, but the PB taste is quite distinct: I actually mix together PB cup and chocolate roughly 60-40, or else there's TOO MUCH PB flavor! The Dark Chocolate is also excellent. They slightly missed the mark with the Mint Chocolate Chip: first, it's uniformly one color and flavor, unlike the eponymous ice cream, and second the texture is a bit off, like there was a little bit of cardboard in the mix. I haven't tried the Fruity flavor; I also have intentionally avoided the Cinnamon Toast and Honey Graham, whose sugary originals I actively disliked as a kid. I do wish they'd lower the sodium, but that's one complaint in an overall satisfying product.

Scratches My Chocolate Itch
I admit I'm a chocoholic, but I eat healthy. Gluten free, guilt free 11g protein, 5g net carbs ... I'm all in. Makes a great snack when the craving hits. A little goes a long way and it stays crunchy in dairy-free milk. I recommend Catalina to my clients as a low-carb, healthy option.

Taste like unsweetened cardboard
I eat a lot of low carb low sugar products so I am very familiar with what is possible. I know some people like these but to me they are horrible. Not only were they not sweet, the texture was so brittle it truly was like eating cardboard and literally had the same flavor. No matter how long I soaked it in the milk or added my own sweetener, nothing really helped. I think I'm going to have to throw these out I bought two flavors and I do not think I'm going to be able to eat them. There was a company that used to make a really nice granola cereal with little flakes and the flakes were just like regular Corn Flakes. There was no hard bite nothing that tastes like cardboard. Unfortunately they went out of business. I really wanted to like these but I literally just can't even chew them.

High Protein
So good. Such a good yogurt bowl or oatmeal topping! It’s not super sweet, which in my case I love. Adds a good texture for sure. And best of all, the macros are insane!

Shrinkflation...too expensive
Tastes great but they keep putting less cereal in the bag. And with the price being so extremely expensive it's not worth it.

Yummy and nutritious at the same time
Excellent taste and crunch. Provides a substantial amount of vegan protein and fiber in each bowlful.

If you like golden grahams, you'll likely enjoy these. Although this cereal is much sweeter than golden grahams are. I was quite surprised.

It’s ok but definitely too expensive. It’s a very small amount of cereal but tasted good.
