The tree also represents rebirth, as it will lose its leaves during the fall season, hibernate throughout the winter, and will be reborn again once spring arrives. The Celts also believed that they actually came from trees, and considered them magical, living beings. Trees were said to guard the land and acted as a doorway into the spirit world. The Tree of Life connects the lower and upper worlds as its roots grow far down while its branches reach high. The tree trunk connects both of these worlds to the Earth’s plane. It was with this connection of worlds, that it was said that people are able communicate with the gods in the heavens using the Tree of Life.

For the money, the wood is too flimsy.
When I pay $20 I expect something this small to be quality wood. This is flimsy glued together layers of fragile wood. I don't expect it will last long. Moisture or dropping will be the end of it. It does look good though.

Very pretty but arrived warped
This may have been warped in the mail due to the heatwave happening, but gave this to my dad as a gift, along with some crystals so he could create crystal grids for meditation :) But the small crystals can't be placed as securely on top of the mandala as well as if it were totally flat.Otherwise this is a beautiful and well-made item! He doesn't really care too much about stuff like that so he happily accepted as a gift, and we had fun already making some grids on it. Just thought others might care to know :)

I love this! I do want to mention it's not painted. In the photo it looks white but when I recieved it it was natural wood. I dont care, I LOVE it. It is exactly as pictured otherwise.

Not what I expected!
I expected something more like metal or something but it’s more like would it wasn’t what I was hoping to buy.

A very cool, versatile piece.
I happened upon this piece and I had to have it. I had no idea where I would hang it, I just knew I wanted it. The “crystal grid” arrived intact, it was packed carefully. It’s lightweight, but thick—it’s a neat piece for sure. I ended up putting it on my door, centered over my peep hole. I cannot speak to how good of a crystal grid this is, but it makes a cool door ornament!

Beautiful piece door all my needs
This is a beautiful piece and I couldn't be happier. It's light weight, thin but not flimsy. The wood is beautiful, the cut outs are nicely done and just as described. I will be using this to charge stones and blends on plus use as a crystal grid. It's big enough to place turned tumbled stones on. I am very happy with my purchase.

Thought it was white, actually comes unfinished!
So this happened to be a perk for me. I thought it was painted white, but it arrived as raw unstained wood. Awesome. So I got my watercolors out and made a teal-ish stain that I ombred to green and blue. End result was 2 thumbs up! About the size of a dinner plate. Easily lighter than an 8"x10" picture frame. Hung with 2 small nails.

Beautiful tree with a lovely backstory
Love this celtic tree so beautiful on its own i didnt even feel the need to paint it or alter it in any way .It is hung in my entrance way and has a lovely historic story to tell

Fleur de vie incomplète
Très insatisfaite de ce produit. J'ai caché les parties incomplètes de la fleur de vie, donc ce n'est plus une fleur de vie mais un rangée verticale. J'aurais dû le retourner.
