Perfect for what I bought it for.
A number of Amazon reviews said that there were problems with the plastic jar the product came in. When the LLINEA MONK FRUIT order arrived, I poured the contents out of the plastic jar into a small glass jar with a lid and put it in the refrigerator. It has an odd taste if you taste it unmixed. This product, like other sweeteners, is really made to be mixed with something.I read on the internet, in many places, where it said that a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar every day is healthy for most people. Apple cider vinegar has a very strong taste. In the past, I had tried mixing it with warm water and honey. It was okay, but not great. Today, I put a 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a cup of warm water in a drinking glass. Next, I used a regular kitchen metal tablespoon and dipped it into the Monk Fruit; I then held the spoon vertically and shook the spoon to help any excess drip off. Next, I used what was left on the tablespoon and mixed the apple cider vinegar and warm water that was in the drinking glass. No measuring, no fuss, and no mess. EXCELLENT! The apple cider vinegar and warm water had a very mild apple cider vinegar taste. I could not be happier about how this turned out.

Expensive but a little goes a long way
First off I bought the granular Monk fruit erythritol blend to sweeten unsweetened almond milk. It did not dissolve well. I would have to add it to the almond milk, shake it up, and let it dissolve over night to eliminate the gritty crystals. It worked well for baking.I read that there was a powdered version that dissolves better. I bought it but found that it forms undissolved globs like you get from adding powdered cocoa to a cold liquid. I tried adding the powdered Monk fruit blend slowly with fast agitation worked well. Plus, the almond milk could be consumed immediately without experiencing the gritty taste.A friend sent me a research article that found that people consuming erythritol were found to have a higher incidence of blood clots and build up in their arteries. The article did say more studies were needed because the sample size was less than 100 people. That spooked me off. I bought this little bottle of 100% Monk fruit extract with no Erythritol listed on the ingredient label. I tried adding 20 drops into a half gallon of unsweetened almond milk, shook it up in the carton, and immediately poured a glass of almond milk. It tasted great. I finally have a winner! The 100% liquid is expensive, but a few drops go a long way and doesn't seem to have any dispersion problems. I did read that many people found they could not get hot coffee to sweeten when they tried to use some cheaper brands in hot coffee. I don't drink coffee so that is not a problem for me.

delicious & no erythritol, but watch out for the cap sticking which may waste expensive product
This stuff is delicious and it is very sweet compared to several other monk fruit products I've tried, which is a good thing. Still, I don't think it's 400 servings by any stretch, unless you equate a "serving size" with the sweetness of one TEAspoon of table sugar, which nobody does...right?I’m really happy that it has no erythritol to cause digestive upset (unlike many other monk fruit products usually do). I switched to monk fruit from stevia because stevia did cause digestive upset, but I'm special: nearly everything causes me digestive upset. The caps are a little wonky, and if not careful, they outer protective clear cap might stick to the inner orange dropper top. (Yes, this monk fruit is sticky, but not as sticky as real sugar.) This cap sticking resulting in a situation where you can only completely open it by removing the orange dropper AND clear protective cap as a single unit (which would leave you a large hole to pour monk fruit out of), but you can’t get the protective cap off of the orange dropper to precisely drip monk fruit out. This is annoying, because this product is expensive, and it’s challenging to not spill or slosh when I’m unable to use the orange dropper cap.Would totally be worth 5 stars if the cap functioned perfectly. Because of the moderately higher price point and dysfunctional caps, I switched to NOW Foods Organic Monk Fruit Liquid, which is very similar (maybe not 100% as tasty, but at least 90%) but available at a lower cost per oz, and has very functional packaging that keeps the product clean and safe and easier to dispense.Pros: Taste, no erythritol, easy to use, more sweet than many competing monk fruit products, and therefore a better deal in some cases.Cons: cap design and high price point.

Another hasty Chinese knock-off
Compared to other brands, this product does not seem as concentrated, and requires more drops to achieve the same "sweetness," thereby lessening its value. Also, the bottle is poorly designed and leaks. Any partial drop left atop the container, oozes down, gumming up the cap, and eventually leaks onto the floor of the (pantry shelf) storage area. One must frequently wash to goop off the bottle and cap to keep things clean, perhaps 20 times before the bottle is empty. This product warrants a negative star.

Reason for 3 stars...1st off let me state-
Reason for 3 stars...1st off let me state, THIS IS THE BEST TASTING monk fruit Ive had anywhere.....BUT~! They ONLY come in 2oz sizes, its very thick and is no way 100 servings per Oz, they do not make a larger size, and worst of all the packaging is FREAKING TERRIBLE. !st order I got was leaky and sticky all over, so thinking it was damaged, Amazon replaced it...leaked and welded itself to the counter top...I order a 2 pk after that, and both leak. The packaging is horrific and this stuff aint cheap. So for it to leak out everywhere, REALLY GETS MY GOAT. So even as great as it tastes, I wont be ordering it again anytime soon.
