Keeper - 24” Lock-It Bungee Cord, 2 Pack - UV and Weather-Resistant

I've been using these cords exclusively for a few years now to bundle our tent poles and tarps. They work excellent to tightly bundle items together creating an easy to carry package. The little plastic ends will come off if you pull directly on them but they are there to help thread the end of the bungee through the clip, not to act as a handle to pull on. I saw some other reviewers say that they are difficult to seat into the locking channel, this is true if you are trying to push the bungee into it, instead pull on the bungee to stretch it and they will seat into the locking clip easily with very little effort. Once seated into the locking clip, they actually hold very well with no loosening or slipping. You're even able to pick up bundles of heavy items (30-40lbs) just by grabbing the cords themselves, so they are quite durable and the fact that they have a bit of elasticity but not too much aids in the ability to bundle items tightly together. So if they are used for their intended purpose, then these little cords actually work quite well! I own about sixty of these and I'm purchasing a bunch more!

These are working well for me. They are tight to put on but that is a good thing as I know they are holding my item well. I like the way they connect to themselves better than the ball and loop type connectors.

This bungee is not as elastic as others I have used. Depending on what your application will be for these, if you're looking for something that doesn't "give" much, then this is what you want. If you're looking to use these expecting a lot of elasticity, this is not what you want. The product is well built and the plastic pieces used are performing above expectations.

Granted that was a year of constant uses to keep an umbrella stand lashed to a railing, wish it lasted longer, but that isnt bad.

I used these on a standard scuba tank to hold walking sticks after made it into the water on a shore dive. I positioned them about a foot apart so the sticks stayed out while I was diving. Absolutely recommend them!

Work very well for securing tarps as thick cord is less likely to tear grommets

I think I was not impressed with these at first. After using a few times I find the proper way to lock down the bungie end. (there is only one proper way). This is alot better than hooks because you can get the right amount of tension needed and don't have to stretch loops around.This is really good for using on a kayak to tie down your bags, where you just need to stop it from moving but does not need really high force, although I think it can handle a fairly good load.
