Very fast after the first backup. After the first it only backs up new or changed files.

Ordered three times: (1) Would never accept Access Code after several tries. (2) Returned and replaced; downloaded okay; cumbersome to use and there is no how-to/instruction manual. No seemingly method to retrieve copied items. I have no idea what the blank (retrieved) items are (maybe 50%) even though all item extensions were checked. (3) Third purchase ( after #2) is a gift that I am afraid to send.

Instructions for opening file need improvement. After brief "confusion", due to initial instructions, I was able to open file and start application. The initial backup of my computer took 2 1/2 hours to download; but it appears to be a full and complete backup of ALL files, photos, documents, etc. (12.7 gigabytes of data). Some products I have used previously did NOT download/backup all files as advertised. This product seems to be "as advertised". I can recommend it.

My MacBook Pro is around 2 years old. The thought of losing my documents and photos was weighing on my mind. Some of my stuff was already on the Cloud, some of it wasn't. I like the idea of having a physical object I can access anytime. I saw a video review of this product on YouTube. The InfinitiKloud arrived as promised in good condition. Installation was simple. I plugged it in and it went to work right away. I went and did some cleaning up around my apartment, checking in on the InfinitiKloud's progress periodically. By the time I was finishing up with my chores, the backup was done. After storing all my photos, music files, videos, and documents onto the little red stick, I was still left with 43.94 G of free space for future backups. The InfinitiKloud made things super easy.

Some time ago, I had a lightning strike at my house and nearly lost all of my family photos and other files on my computer (I did end up losing the computer). Nevertheless, I have been avoiding backing up my new computer for some time, perhaps a year or even more, because I couldn't face up to organizing everything for backing it up. So I was excited to see the One-Click Backup advertised by Infiniti Kloud, which worked as described, with one click. This was just the product I needed. I especially liked the one step removal of duplicate items function {I had accumulated more than 5000}. I would have liked to be able to browse through the backed up items, which I have not yet been able to figure out in the software. I also think a larger capacity unit could be a useful product, as my first backup used up more than 3/4 of the 128 gigs. I am very pleased with the product and look forward to maintaining my computer with frequent backups in the future.

I don't know whether it was me, my computer, or the device, but I haven't been able to get it to perform as advertised. It was very slow and several times it stopped with an error message. The idea was to purchase something to make my back-up easier but it tied up my computer for tens of hours with nothing ultimately accomplished other than backing up my pictures. Even in that case, I was prompted to purchase additional software if I wished to copy it elsewhere. (The message indicated that I could view and print but nothing else.)

-there is no identification of what the files are, only a code. requires me to open each one, there are over 7000 files. additionally, no instructions on how to recover files on new computer

From the time I open the package until all files were backed up was about 20 minutes. I showed this to a friend that repairs computer, he said Holly Mollie I have been looking for this product. He planned to buy for some other people along with his self. My Wife it very Happy, knowing Photos are secure. Great product, will buy a second one for my Laptop.
