I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my fatigue and tiredness, too. Each tablet contains 1000ug of L-Methylfolate, which is the active form of vitamin B9, and I feel it’s more easily absorbed by my body.I would recommend them to anyone looking for natural alternatives to anti-inflammatory pills!

They're far better to swallow than some of the large mag tablets. Magnesium was suggested by my gastro consultant, so wanted the better one

I have bought these after watching a YouTube video these have replaced my anti inflammatory tablets I have been on for years they have taken away my pain and are so much better for me than the drugs I was taking also giving my kidneys the rest

Been using these since a blood test which showed low levels. Since taking these the levels have been back to normal on subsequent blood tests.

Horrendous product! Full of terrible bulking agents like TALC (which has asbestos in!) AVOID! Especially if pregnant! Terrible product should be banned! It’s a mix of synthetic folate and methylated form but it doesn’t say what mix is present. It’s also 500% the reccomended amount! AVOID!!

I take these on my Dr's advice as I had low folate levels. Cheaper than getting them on prescription.

I purchased these for my Wife who struggles to swallow tablets and she is thrilled with them.
