The storage bins came but with a broken bin which was very upsetting because I needed them all and immediately. It looked like it happened during the shipping process. I reached out and they immediately made it right. I’m beyond pleased with the customer service. Great bins. I highly recommend. They are strong and sturdy.

I want to start by saying I really I don’t like leaving negative reviews, I’d like to give the benefit of the doubt and say maybe if I had returned and gotten new ones I’d have a different opinion, but even the bins that aren’t broken aren’t good enough quality for me to see the value in them and offer a good review for others looking to buy these. I feel uncomfortable leaving this negative review, it feels pretentious- but in this case it was worth it to me to let others know it’s worth spending more on a Rubbermaid type of bin instead of wasting money on something you’ll have to replace shortly if not right away. Lesson learned.I paid $100 for 6 storage bins and 2 of them arrived broken. We are/were doing construction on our house and I needed waterproof storage asap for clothing and toys. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to return big tubs and wait for more which is why I took the chance on these in the first place, I needed to get stuff in storage asap and I wanted something for more long term than using moving boxes. I can understand how careless handling of the package could lead to a crack in 1, but to have 2 separate broken bins says quite a bit about their durability and packaging. I don’t want to blame the Amazon employees, I know how hard they work and this is clearly a durability issue. If you are looking for sturdy bins these are not going to fit your needs. You could possibly store papers in them but there’s still the risk of them arriving broken. I’m only sucking it up and keeping them because I was in a bind. I can’t imagine storing decorations, important items, or anything in these long term really, if any of them make it through storage without being broken I will use them to pack up donations and get them out of here.

These are very deep and roomy. They worked very well to organize our move. We could see what was inside so that we knew which room to take them to. They stood up pretty good with the move however the clasps on the top some did fall off. Over all good buy. I have continued to use them for storage in my garage. So win win.

Update! I contacted them via product support & they sent me a new tote within a week! Changing from 3 to 4 stars because the plastic is a little more fragile than I'd like (corners on crack easily), but they work great for what we needed & customer support was great!5 of the 6 totes and lids arrived undamaged. They're a good size, stack nice, and are seemingly durable for day to day.However, 1 did arrive with a bottom corner cracked and a lid arrived damaged. I did not see the other reviews that said this happened to them until after I received mine. I reached out to the product support email about this. I hope to hear back. We'll see!

If you buy thesfor the locking handles youml may disappointed. I got six of the boxes and that's 12 handles and or six of them were broken. Box looked like it was in good shape so there was no damage on the box so they were just broken in the box I tried to reach out to Iris to get them to send me handles that were working I sent them pictures of the handles I never heard back from them so I had to return it because I don't buy anything that's not fully formed.

Unfortunately 2 arrived with broken handles. I used them without the lids, but should have returned them. The others work and close securely.

Don’t buy if you are looking for sturdy. The latches are loosely fitting and the plastic is brittle. Two of my tops arrived broken and one of the latches was broken, but I guess that doesn’t matter because the top was broken. I suppose this purchase would be OK for rarely used storage. But if you are looking for something that will handle wear and tear, you better spend some more money and get a stronger product.

I bought these boxes to help pack up a preschool, and we were looking for clear storage bins to make finding items easier. The clear sides are very transparent and easy to see through. The latching lid makes packing a breeze, and the boxes stack nicely on top of each other, which is great for organization.These boxes can be filled pretty heavily and still be manageable, thanks to the sturdy handles. We didn’t have any issues with the handles falling off or the lids not fitting properly during packing.They are currently being stored in outdoor storage and have held up well to temperature changes. We weren’t particularly careful with them, but none of them have cracked or broken. They are slightly tapered for stacking, but it’s not noticeable when packing. I’ve had other brands with too much taper, making the boxes no longer seem square, but that wasn’t the case with this brand.After using them for my school, I purchased more for my home storage and have been very pleased.
