Update International (SV-100) 33 Oz Black and Stainless Cream Server

We bought this for our bakery, and it works great. Keeps creamer nice and cool all day long, and if the top gets turned properly after use, it completely blocks off air exchange preventing spoilage. A great creamer at a darned good price.

I ordered 10 but I only received 9 . Going through a maze of questions to report the missing Item.

This is the same carafe used by my local diner with a self-serve coffee station and I couldn't be happier.Rugged construction, an easy to turn lid, a wide enough opening that makes cleanup a breeze- all here.It is narrow enough to fit in the fridge door and is about the same size as a half gallon milk container.Keeps dairy chilled for hours with its thermos-like build.The downside is the ergonomics of the handle. The more full (heavy) the container is, the less comfortable it is to grip and pour. Also, the silicone gasket can trap liquids. Not a problem if you remove it for cleaning, but it is very awkward to get back on the somewhat flimsy plastic topper.

Pretty good as far as cream pitchers go. I've seen better.

I bought two of these to take to a farmers' market. I fill each with half and half and then lay them both on their sides in a small cooler.The results?* They don't drip. Despite being on their sides, and being jostled about during transportation, they are completely drip-free. I did make the mistake once of not completely tightening the lid one time. That was a mess, but completely my fault. Make sure the lid is closed all the way!* Even in the heat of summer, the half and half stayed cold for several hours.One note regarding clean-up: You will likely find that a little of the liquid collects in the spout. For effective clean-up, I recommend a small bottle brush for the tip. Otherwise, cleaning it is simple.I wouldn't hesitate to buy another of these. They've been working great for months now.

I purchased four of these for my business and was very happy with them at first.However I quickly noticed that they were all starting to smell horrible, like spoiled dairy.When I would wash and dry them, liquid would seep out from what I assume is an internal seam at the top of the inner wall of the container.This purchase was a complete waste of money as I can no longer use these because they smell disgusting, and no matter how much bleach water I soak them in, the smell just won't go away.

By far the best carafes out there. Needed 4 of these as cream choices for our coffee shop & they have performed admirably. Stainless interior so no worries about glass breakage. Keeps milk, 1/2&1/2, soy or almond cold for hours!

Leaked from the top after the first use. Price is right on, but quality of product is poor.
