Alsa Creme Patissiere Mix - French Pastry Cream Mix - 3 Sachets

I love French pastry and make it often. Although making pastry cream from scratch is not too difficult, I don't see myself ever doing it again unless I need some with no vanilla. No discernible difference from scratch pastry cream, incredibly easy to make, and not expensive!!!

Yes, the instructions are in French. In the time it took all those people to complain about the instructions being in French, they could have googled and found that you just use 2 cups of milk per pouch of mix. Easy, tastes good, and convenient!

It’s delicious pastry creme , it’s easy to make once you figure out the amount of milk needed. Directions are in French didn’t know until it came.so some guessing was involved. I am a great baker so I made it through.

This is my go-to when I don't have time to make my own pastry cream. Add some whipped cream and you have a delicious Chantilly cream.

I made a cake with dulce de leche and the cream it’s absolutely delicious , just to know it has instructions in french but you easily translate it . Love it
