Used this to pad the back seat of my car under my dog bed/hammock and functions great. Perfect width so I only had to cut for length. The thickness provides good cushioning and it was the best value I could find for this type of foam padding.Pros- Thickness and size exactly as advertised- Easy to cut with sharp scissors- Width and length as advertised- Good value compared to other optionsCons- Cuts slightly jagged with regular scissors (expected)- Brief plastic-y smell out of packaging but dissipates quickly

Firm as it stated!! Nice foam.. Accurate dimensions, right length, right thickness, right width. But yes it is quite firm.

When I first moved to MI I needed something to sleep on, until I got my furniture. This was the right length and was super comfortable. I used it on and off for a while, and then, when doing a little car camping, pulled it out and cut it to fit the back of my hatchback. It worked like a charm, and stashes under my bed. Definitely better than an air mattress - this will NEVER spring a leak! Great quality, probably more thick than I needed - it has stood up to a lot of wear and was a very good value for the money.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The quality of this foam is great! I used it to replace some couch cushion inserts. The only issue is that the dimensions were about an inch and a half to two inches off leaving my cushions to not be the size I needed and not filling the cushion covers completely.

My husband is handicapped and he loves how firm it makes the couch feel. Notice difference immediately and feels so comfortable to lay down on. Size is a touch longer than couch but not a problem. I put a cover on top of it so look is fine. It makes my couch feel brand new. Value since it fixed my couch for a tiny cost. Suggest you buy the 5".

This foam piece is really good quality; I use it on my sofa (got rid of the old cusions) and it's fantastic! Firm and once in a while I rotate/flip it because we're all habitual (where we tend to sit) and I would buy again; I didn't notice a significant bad or overpowering smell, I got a cover for it so the color is non-issue for me; would buy again

This was perfect to make my very uncomfortable and hard cushioned futon easy to sit on like a regular couch. It was a little larger than I needed but it was a good value for the price. I covered it with a couch cover because you can’t leave the foam out. Be careful if opening with a box cutter, because it will possibly cut the foam. It comes compressed, and opens up quickly without any smell.My bum and back are so much happier now with this extra foam on the futon. No more pain!

I was unable to find this product in this thickness anywhere else. It makes a very firm yet comfortable seat cushion. Although it is shipped in a roll, it flattens out immediately when removed from the packaging. It is also odor-free.
