It’s a great gaming monitor

In the box I got Monitor, Power adapter and its cable, The stand and its wire cover and Display Port cable (No HDMI cable in the Box).Everything was unpacked or out of cover except the Monitor, Which was packed but there were fingerprints on screen so obviously this was an Unboxed set. But all things look brand new and not used. Month of Manufacturing of Monitor was April 2020. The only physical issues I found was wire cover won't fit on stand but that's fine for me.Coming to the monitor, the On screen menu's general info showed that the total power on time was 0 hours. I checked, this can't be reset using Reset option so I believe it to be true. I own LG UK650 4k and this monitor will be my 2nd Monitor in the setup.When compared to UK650's 4k, This one can't beat 4K's pixel density but at 100% scaling in Window's display setting its good enough and differences are not visible. That is if used at arm's length the pixels are not visible and Monitor's quality even though its a Full HD in 27 inch shows. Did several dead pixel tests and didn't find any.There is some IPS Glow / Back light bleeding at corners in Full Brightness which can turn off few people but since this Monitor has very high brightness (even more than UK650) I use it a max 40-50% and there is no issue or visible bleeding at that level. Rest display review etc you can find in much detail on rtings site.Since I am using it as a second monitor and my laptop (Acer Predator Helios 300) doesn't support 2 monitors I am using HP Elite USB 3.0 Dock to connect this, I am getting Full HD @100Hz via the display port. But I can confirm that the inbuilt Nvidia 1050ti of my laptop supports 144Hz when connected to it via HDMI. I played some games casually like Far Cry 5 and it worked perfectly (No Response time review, Sorry I am not a hardcore gamer). Don't consider this as a full HDR monitor. It supports that specification and has a HDR effect mode but not that impressive. Anyway HDR on Windows looks weird, best to use for Xbox and PS4. The on screen menu allows to change every kind of setting like brightness, contrast, Gama etc.All in all its a very good deal and I gave up buying new Monitors in similar price range of 15-16k to get this one. On second thought after using this monitor I may have considered getting new one if this Renewed showed any defects as its New price is also worth it with 3 years warranty. But as I had good experience of buying renewed from Amazon I saved 5k and went for it. I hope my Review helps you in making a right Decision.

Was very anxious as this is my first renewed product purchase, and I bought it renewed purely due to budget limitation and desire for a good gaming monitor of bigger screen size. Shall miss the 3year LG warranty which comes with fresh purchase but overall am happy with the renewed product.Details:Upgrading from Dell S2240L IPS monitor. Bought LG 27GL650F renewed for 17K, received in original resealed box, June 2020 production. All accessories were present but were clearly in some used condition. Monitor was covered well inside the package, and it did have some fingerprint smudges. Everything installed well and is working well.My personal view is that the monitor stand takes too much space of my small desk, hence looks too big and uncomfortably closer to my eyes. The colours are very good, very high brightness range and smooth G-Sync experience in the games. I feel the blacks look dull at high brightness, I have set brightness at 20/100 and find it suitable for me. Display cable length is just enough for my setup but some may find it slightly short at 5feet.Monitor is working well on my old computer Intel i5-2500k OC, 16GB RAM, Nvidia GTX 1060 3GB.

I got the monitor with a dead display port cable. Had to buy another one from Amazon basics. Took 1 star off for it.Great monitor. The stand is really good and supports all kinds of adjustments like tilt swirl pivot and height adjustable. Coming to display it was just as expected from LG great colours smooth refresh rate. Works great with Nvidia.

My allegation and conclusion is that, this seller keeps rotating money and sending broken products to customers and doing all they can not to take the product back.Read out full description -- product return attempts (trail). finally returned..Order placed on 17th july 2021 and delivered on 20th 0r 21st july 2021, Product's screen is broken from inside, as i plugged i could the damaged product and immediately then moment i received , i think in 15-20mins. I informed the amazon to either replace or refund.They said we don't have replacement option but can refund and tomorrow will be picked up.I have made several attempt till this day(4th attempt) and yet it is 26th july no one picked up and only false hopes.Now it new attempt aligned for 29th july 2021 and yet to be go till 8 attempts which as per the today's conversation. but on saturday amazon repersentative i was saying 3 is the last attempt, then no futher attempts and will do this seriously.Which today is proven wrong.what should i do now? Should i think it is a scam by amazon and i am the first to be fooled and fallen into trap.I am seriously stressed.sorry couldn't attach picture as i have attached those pictures to amazon while making return request.i have no wish to take that product out and do it again.Update: Today 30th -july-2021. Product picked up.
