ColumbiaGirls' Nordic Strider Jacket

These jackets are the best! I bought two of them two winters ago for my then 4 and 5 year old daughters. We will be using them again this coming winter (third winter!) as they still fit and are in excellent condition. This jacket is so warm and durable. The cuffs are great, they are extra long and tight (I’ve included a picture) and keeps mittens on and snow out. When my girls were younger they had a harder time getting mittens through the cuffs but well worth it for no snow getting in. Also, we are in a very cold climate and they have never complained of being cold, even playing out in the snow for a long time. I plan on buying this same jacket when they eventually outgrow them.

We bought these coats for our 4 and 6 a year old girls and they’re amazing especially for the cost. I was worried they would look stiff in them like most coat and wouldn’t have a lot of mobility but that’s not the case with these coats. They are very warm without the need to put on an extra layer under it like a sweater or hoodie. We get compliments everywhere we go.

It’s perfect.

Zipper issues from day 1. Will be buying directly from Columbia in the future as they offer a warranty policy.

Zipper malfunctioned a day after purchase. I did read this is a known problem but bought it anyway.

Ended up returning because the sleeves were way to long on my daughter.
