I CANT SAY MUCH ABOUT THIS PRODUCT BUT ALL I CAN SAY THAT ITS GOOD FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE GOING TO GYM OR HAVE SOME SORT TUMMY EXERCISE PROGRAMS

Falls short of proving any helpful support
Not very supportive. It has waaaaay too much 'give' to it and adds very little shape. Granted, it probably is better than nothing...but not much better. I ended up purchasing a thin neoprene 'waist-trimmer' from Wally world's sporting good section that can be worn in 'emergency' situations (you know...you're asked out to dinner by an old friend and you don't have time to lose that extra five pounds before then) I wanted this to work, but it just doesn't do the trick... I even ordered a size smaller than I expected to need, and it wasn't supportive enough.
