Luna Lapin: Making New Friends: Sewing patterns from Luna's little world

This is a very useful book. The patterns are good. I cut them out of the book in order to scan them but it made it so much easier to use. If you make these out of anything other than felt you will need to enlarge them from their original size just a tad. The clothing patterns tend to run a little large for the toys but are easily adjusted as you go. These make up very nicely in fleece type fabric. I hand stitch them right sides together using a blanket stitch.

I just adore Lupin's books!!!! I have all three and am looking forward to seeing a book with pigs. She is totally amazing and the patterns for her clothing is fabulously wonderful!!!! I make a lot of the clothing! Instructions are very clear and patterns are fantastic!!! Please publish some more books!!! I will buy them ALL!!!

I love the world of Luna Lapin. It is a great escape from all the craziness going on right now. I made my own Luna and the pattern is very easy to follow. I have since bought the other 2 books so I can make all the friends and clothing. I highly recommend the book.

What a great addition to the Luna Lapin family, This is a high quality book with great pictures of the various characters and their clothes to make. The characters in the book are great to make and the patterns are clear with easy to follow instructions. The writer also has a shop that can provide all the materials needed to make each character which makes the whole process enjoyable.

Lovely book for a gift to an advanced sewer. Would not recommend for the beginner as it has some complicated patterns which require a bit of thinking and hand sewing skills. The garments are lovely, they are miniaturized versions of full scale ladieswear.

I love these animals! Some of the making instructions are a bit challenging for my skills. The clothes look lovely made up, only made 2 so far
