If it were there I would give this 10 stars. I dont even do the twice daily five to ten mins and it works amazingly well.

It doesn't look like much, but, simplicity is at the core of its' effectiveness. I had a nagging cough which kept me up night after night, as well as my wife. I couldn't seem to clear my chest. After using this device for a few minutes, I was coughing and snorting up a ton fo phlegm. The experience was dramatic and not exactly pleasant, but it was over quickly and I was able to sleep for hours without coughing. I use my air pysio often during the day and I do an extended session every night before bed. It works.

The trial of this respiratory pipe is ongoing so far it seems good for lung exercise but not as an expectorant.The assembly was a bit finicky but the instructions are quite easy to follow.It is extremely expensive opposed to much cheaper Chinese models which work just as well but have inferior plastic casing.The methodology and results are just the same .This can be borne in mind when purchasing. Next time I will go for the cheaper model as there is little difference

I was expecting a bit more than a steel ball in a plastic container. It works but.....

So easy to use and does what it is suppose to do.Fantastic product.

The device is well presented but of little benefit. As stated, it triggers additional cough to dislodge mucus and accelerate recovery. However, the cough that generates is devastating, well beyond the worst cough I have ever experienced. The discomfort, and potentially damage to the body, go well beyond the modest benefits that I have experienced. PLEASE NOTE: this item is NOT covered by Amazon Return Policy, you have to contact the manufacturer directly. I might try, but I expect all sort of resistance in returning the device.
