Xploderz XStormer 1000 with Bonus 500 Ammo

Bought this for my son for Christmas, and I kept hearing him say "this is the best Christmas ever!" while playing with this all day long. Was originially concerned with some of the reviews stating it was a little difficult for younger users, ammo didn't explode, some ammo back fired. It took about 15 minutes for my 9 year old to figure out proper aiming, a little longer for 8 year old friend. Some ammo does explode before hitting target, some didn't explode at all but most ammo did explode on contact and the boys never once complained about this toy having an absolute blast! Felt it was much safer and kid friendlier than paint ball or airsoft toys. Extremely happy with this toy!

Got 2 of these for grandkids christmas gift,they were thrilled.Got a great Amazon price and shipped in 3 days.

I ordered two of these...1 for my son and 1 for whatever friend might happen to be here. The gun will NOT shoot more than a few feet...if it shoots at all. It jammed and the orbs disintegrated in the barrel of the gun. Don't waste your money, just buy a REALLY good water gun!

Our son begged for this for MONTHS!!! BUT after getting it for him for Christmas we quickly realized its not what it is cracked up to be. The exploders didn't explode. It didn't have a trigger but a pump which was tough for my 5/6 yr old to do. After a few hours and several attempts... this toy ended up in the closet and eventually in the pile of stuff for Goodwill.

I purchased 3 of these guns for boys for Christmas. The first was given to our neighbors son who is nine. I was able to watch him open it. The box is quite large and his eyes lit up when he was what was inside. I think any boy that likes guns would delight in this present at first glance. One bonus with this product is that one of the rounds of ammo is already included and doesn't need to be hydrated. This is good for impatient children who won't be able to wait to grow ammo (which takes some time!) For his age though the gun takes some patience to get it to shoot the first few times. His Dad took over and was able to get a few successful shots in. When his son took it back over it wasn't always shooting and being impatient he shook it a bit and I noticed that the ammo broke which made it even harder (if impossible to shoot). All of the kids watching were impressed by how small the ammo starts out before it grows. Overall, I don't think he's gotten much use out of this toy as it didn't work for him first try.My nephews on the other hand also were excited with the present. My older nephew (11) is more patient and had no problem getting this gun to work right away. He showed his younger brother and they had a very happy shooting experience. When they came in from pelleting each other, my older nephew commented that although the gun was good he was disappointed that it didn't shoot very far. Having observed I would have to agree. The box claims some lofty distance, but I would cut that down by about 60% to be realistic. Still, it's a fun toy.As a parent the biggest plus I would say is that you don't have to go run around to find a bunch of nerf bullets after shooting and you don't have to keep reloading the thing after only a few shots. The ammo burst is quite small and shouldn't cause any damage.

My son wanted these after he saw them on a commercial. They were running twice to three times more in most of the retail stores I perused so, I was a bit shaky when I ordered,not quite sure what I would be getting. I mean, how could the price be so great for the exact same thing? I stand corrected. These indeed were the exact same thing in the stores! And the kiddos all had a blast with them after opening on Christmas morning.

I bought this toy for my son this christmas and i am so glad. It is so much easier to get him outside and away from the video games now. There are only two problems we have had with it and both are very minor. One, sometimes you get a bullet that is two large and will block the gun from shooting (this happens VERY rarely and is an easy fix by just shaking the gun around and later removing the bullet from the ammo clip. Second, You have to be careful how you point the gun. If it is pointed down in any way the little mechanism that pushes the pellet out of the gun will slide the front you and will dry fire.

the toy is great one , it is made to played by all ages. my son love it very muchhe enjoy his time playing with it ,and i'd like to think you for this toy.
