Yes, it will. The machine is NOT adjustable however. The lighter the ball, the further it tosses them. It will also toss hardballs, just lower than the Jugs specific balls.

Will this machine throw pickleballs?

If a pickleball is like a wiffle ball the soft toss machine will throw it further than a regular baseball but I would be concerned with the additional stress on the arm because these balls are so much lighter than a regular baseball. Paul

What size soft balls go with this machine?

11 or 12 inch Jugs sports.comMachine works best with plastic dimple balls Regular balls can catch a little in the seams - causing tosses to be less accurate. The machine is great - the team like hitting with it.
