The stock is flimsy, but really that doesn't matter in a jacket; they won't tear easily. What does matter: how well the jacket is constructed. You want a jacket to stay CLOSED. These do. Photo in Amazon well depicts the actual product; you cannot put another file folder inside a jacket this narrow. Select a larger expansion if you wish to insert file folders, at least 1.5". I use jackets like this for my client reports. The report is usually a Duo-Tang or other dual-pocket presentation folder (paper, not lint-attracting plastic); this jacket is its.. well, 'jacket'. So the presentation folder goes inside. Ships well. Clients like to re-use the material. More about colors: some like that matte, wedgewood blue. The other colors are richer, with nice sheen, but not shiny. The product would get five stars if the interior were also the same color as the outside, but that's expensive. Upshot?
