Custom Molded Orthotics Made from A Mold of Your Feet : Great for Insoles Heel Spurs Pain Plantar Fasciitis Etc.

I went to the podiatrist and was diagnosed with posterior tibial tendinitis and was told to get orthotics. She told me to go to a specific place as she did not make them in-house at this practice. I went where she told me to go and had them made up for $250 (they are not covered under my insurance). A week later I was complaining to her how much they hurt. This place added all kinds of lumps and bumps and she called them to fix it. OK, another trip. I get them back and they’re better, but don’t really feel great. I give up. On a follow up visit to the podiatrist I tell her they suck. She tells me I need to keep going back until they’re right. So back I go, but this time they charge me $60 to fix their screwup. Guess what? I don’t think they did a damn thing. $310 for orthotics and $30 for doctors visits and I have nothing but sore feet to show for it. I took a shot at getting these online and they are PERFECT the FIRST time! I’d give these 5 stars except that after a month I emailed them and the next day they were shipped out. I don’t mind waiting, but it seems like they forgot or are so backed up that they need to hire more staff. Either way, 5 stars for 5e product and customer service, 4 for having to remind them after a month. If your need orthotics, get these, but plan to wait.

Price is good. Quality seems good. But took over a month to get back one I shipped it to them. Did not come back until I sent a note asking about it.

With painful plantar fasciitis about 10 months ago, I was desperate for relief. My podiatrist recommended 3 things: a cortisone shot, physical therapy, and custom made insoles. I did the first 2 things about 9 months ago with some pain reduction, but put off the insoles because the podiatrist was asking over $400 for them. After a lot of research I came across these insoles on Amazon for 1/3 the price. I showed the ad to 3 physical therapists and each said they looked as good as any they had seen. So I ordered them from Amazon. They were the final step in my trying to get rid of the plantar fasciitis. THEY WORKED!. Within a week of receiving these insoles I began to have less pain. Within a month my pain was about 70% gone. Since 3 months of receiving these insoles I have been walking 2-6 miles a day with total comfort. My continued pain relief is amazing, and mostly due to these insoles. The delivery of the finished product (from the time I shipped the forms) was about 5 weeks. BUT were very much worth the wait. These are hand-made and a quality product. I have worn them almost every day for 6 months and they remain like new. But most importantly, I can walk with comfort...for miles. I remain a VERY satisfied customer.

***TEN STARS!!!*** Quality product, great service, great price!! I have severe over-pronation and flat feet. I need medical grade correction or I suffer from foot, hip and back pain. I'd worked with a podiatrist for months and either he or his lab just couldn't get my $400 orthotics right. After multiple visits and months of frustation, I decided to give this a shot. The foot mold instructions were very clear, and I was able to explain what I needed on the questionnaire. As a result of that, I got back a pair of AMAZING, QUALITY, BEAUTIFULLY CRAFTED and FUNCTIONAL orthotics on the first try!! I had my foot molds saved so I am ordering a duplicate pair today!! The owner of the company is a wonderful, kind man and a true craftsman of his trade. His orthotics were far better than the ones I received from my local podiatrist both in function and in look. They are absolutely perfect. I will be a customer for life!!!

Never received my supports - they were slow getting me the mold. Protalus has a great insole for far less money and they are reliable. They are not custom but work as well as my $400 custom pair from the podiatrist

They really need to rewrite their copy. It will not be shipped out in 7-10 days. After 3 weeks I called left a message and Ulysses called me back the next day saying they would be made and shipped out to me in a few days and they were. He was very knowledgeable and answered a few questions about the orthotics.I have developed arthritis in my feet making hiking sometimes painful. My doctor wanted $400 to make me a pair. I asked to see a sample and they pretty much looked like these. They are comfortable, appear well made and I can again hike without discomfort. Without reservation, if you have a need I say order, just don't expect them in a few weeks.

They are exactly as described in the picture. I got them just in time to insert them into my tennis shoes then won a gold medal in singles in pickleball the next day! I had double foot surgery last July 2017 and corrected three things in both feet: mortons neuroma, 3 hammer toe corrections and tarsal tunnel on both heels. The doctor recommended I wear custom orthotics from now on (not the store bought kind). I like them so much I ordered a second pair which you get at a discount price as long as they keep the mold of your feet. Great experience which I highly recommend!
