Is it H2S (Hydrogen Sulphide) fixing bacteria?, That is does it release a lot of H2S as byproduct?

After using it my water has become cloudy and all fish are on top and not going down ? Should I replace water ? Or wait

you must dissolve/dilute the contents outside before introducing into aquarium, as far as cloudiness is concerned it will vanish in 24 hours time, no need to replace water
