The product is defective. Stopped working on the 4th application. I contacted Black and Decker and they said they dont aell this product, hence there is no service. Amazon does not take any accountability. What a wast of money.

Works as expected, easy to handle, very good

If you're like me and are somehow terrible at ironing despite practicing, and need a generally wrinkle free shirt, this is probably your best option. Using other steamers has not gone well for me. Very simple to use, following the manufacturer directions yields good results. Minimal drippage and never had an issue in the 6+ months I've used it I hang up shirts on my door hanger and use one hand to maneuver the shirt and the other to steam. Starting with one sleeve then making my way across the shirt, flipping to the back if needed. Keep the fabric flat but don't pull too tight otherwise you'll make creases. It won't get out very small "micro-wrinkles" like an iron will, but takes care of the major stuff. You may find it helps remove wrinkles better with an ironing glove or press pad to be able to apply pressure to the fabric. I wouldn't go so far as to say this is travel friendly unless you have a large suitcase, but I guess it beats having wrinkled shirts. In the photos I left this shirt crumpled up in the dryer instead of hanging it up.

había leído reseñas muy buenas de este vaporizador y la verdad ahora me doy cuenta de que no estaban exagerando. Saca las arrugas sin dificultad alguna (puede parecer más tardado que una plancha al principio, pero es cuestión de practicar), es excelente para limpiar en seco ropa tejida, y para quitarle pelusa a la ropa mientras se plancha (cada cosa con sus respectivos filtros). Lo único que habría que tomar en cuenta es que es algo pesada a comparación de otros vaporizadores de mano, pero lo considero una de las mejores opciones del mercado. La verdad es que el precio es una ganga si se analiza lo bien que funciona el producto.

Me encanta, no se porqué tardé tanto en descubrir esta belleza de vaporizador! Ya mi plancha normal y el burro ni lo ocupo jaja. Plancho desde seda, polyester y mezclilla rígida, algodón y todo 10/10. Tengo un bazar de ropa en instagram y está plancha me ha facilitado la vida muchísimooooooooo! No me duele la espalda de usarla (soy alta y luego con el burrito de planchar sufría mucho) el vapor es buenísimo, se desliza en la ropa como mantequilla, la deja suave y bien chula. Comprenla, de verdad no se van a arrepentir! Anexo fotos del antes y después. Eso si, el accesorio que según quita pelusa no sirve para nada JAJAJA pero es irrelevante, lo demás está buenérrimo!

Look, I had the old-fashioned steamer with the hanger before I bought this. It was a pain because you are bound to the base and the hose is not long enough. Using this hand held is a lot easier for me and I can steam anywhere and anything now. I would say it is like carrying a 1 lb. weight (with water in it). So if you cannot tolerate holding that, then I would not recommend this hand-held steamer. It is big but I would rather use this than what I had before. The steam is fast and wide. Warms up quickly when you turn it on. Someone complained on here that it really makes their clothes wet, Yes, it does kinda make the cloth moist and wet but hello- it is steam. That is the purpose of it. You have to let it dry out before you go throwing it on.
