Bad batch
My orders from this vendor are usually good, but I think I got a bad batch this time. This acted more like Henna instead of Indigo. I kept getting bright orange roots, instead of dark brown. I ended up tossing it and going to the Indian grocery store to purchase some.

Very inconvenient.
Very inconvenient. The description on the package does not include every detail. It includes 2 different packages that should be used separately to get the optimal color. It might be a good quality, but the inconvenience of usage is a no-no for me
