Fun music -- keeps my kids from getting addicted to the "Baby Songs" DVD
My son was getting "addicted" to Hap Palmer's "Baby Songs" DVD, which we didn't own but would check-out from the public library. So I needed this CD of music, and it's better than too much screen time for kids. While not all the same songs from the "Baby Songs" DVD are on this CD, most (a lot?) of them are--enough that my son is totally happy listening to this. Now I have 2 kids and both want to get up and dance whenever we listen to this. Also good to keep this in the "road trip" music rotation. It's good, fun, folksy music with catchy lyrics and variety from song to song--not annoying and repetitive-sounding like some children's music can be.

Easy to sing along with and not torture.
Many kids music CD's lead to crazy parents. This one is actually fun to listen and sing along with. I have found myself singing some of the songs when doing chores around the house! We have had this for almost 3 years now. Great for singing and putting songs to daily activities.
