Wonderful small bars quite expensive I usually eat 2-3 at a time been eating these for over 10 years great pre workout bar I have always had great tone and muscle mass but the CLA is no joke it is a added benefit to another protein pre workout expensive sweet bar truth love it 5/5

So many of these healthy protein choices are not all that healthy if you actually read the labels. This one is not only healthy but is also very tasty. I don't go out of my way to exercise so I don't know about the benefits of eating one of these before exercising, but they sure are good every other time of the day or night.

I love the flavors available with the Access bars. This is a great product. The only drawback is that it is a bit pricey, but it does give you that energy boost that few bars can.

These bars are okay, i have to use it again to see results, as of using the bars they taste great lol

These bars are delicious. My son who is 16 loves them. The only downside is the expense. I just think they are too expensive so they get 4 stars. They are very small.

This product is great. It is filling and great before a work out. When I finish working out, I am not hunger until three hours later.

did not actually use this ( found the product that was in the bar)use that instead,but have gotten great remarks from those who used it.but let me say this about the seller, they did a wonderful job they way they handled the problem. Hi Praze, CUDOs to you guy ! :-)

It might work for energy.It tastes good. I use it with the powder to make a drink. the liquid gives continued energy.
