I was immediately impressed with the abundant amount. This was a first purchase, and it was pleasant. Not only the amount seemed like a lot, but the dried herbs had intense color to them, and a wonderful aroma. I appreciated their expertise in harvesting, and drying the herbs, and making them available to us that don’t have access to them, nor all that’s involved🙌. Thank you!

How can you go wrong with the traditional time-honored recipe? I love sweedish bitters before meals, and they're getting pretty expensive to buy ready made, so we've started making them ourselves. This is the third time we've purchased this type of mixture (it seems that there are several brands sold in Europe, all saying they're the original Sweedish Bitters formula, and the results have been the same for us).We just add the contents to a half gallon canning jar, fill to the top with vodka, and shake it up every day for maybe 2 weeks before straining it into an old sweedish bitters bottle. It's much less expensive when you add your own vodka to the herbs, and for us, the results are just as good!

I will come back to give second review once the steeping process is completed. The herbs were well packaged and smelled fresh. I mixed them into 80proof Vodka for the steeping process per the instructions. Keeping jug away from sunlight and shaking it daily. Using a 64fluid oz bottle for process and once strained will store bitters in smaller bottles for use. I appreciate being able to just buy the herbs and make the bitters as needed.

I was really excited to try this, but although it is non-returnable, I probably will not try it. I am 100% off sugar and this contains sucrose.Wish I had noticed in the listing. I should have been more careful reading the item description.
