Helps with knee pain!
You can see how the stirrups now sit exactly where they should. They say the knee pain comes from constantly fighting the fenders twisting, and this eliminates that problem. You can also consider angled stirrups to help your knees further!Might be hard for short riders, if you were already on the top hole for stirrups you'll need a leather punch as this does add some length.

What the ol knees need
Haven’t ridden long enough to give it a complete high 5 but it’s looking good

Amazing!
I have these on all of my horses' saddles. They make great gifts, but you have to know the size to buy. Much better than the leather half-circle type that dig into your ankle.

Great idea but not for me
First I'll start off by saying they are well made and a great idea but they just don't work for me. First they added too much additional length to my stirrups. I'm not a short person but I had to shorten my leathers to the last set of holes. The second problem was they hit my ankle on occasion while riding causing me to constantly adjust my feet. The last problem is they just felt strange. They did offer relief to my knees but just didn't feel right. My stirrups swung freely making me feel like I had less contact with my stirrups. It's hard to describe but I felt like I had less control with these on. While they could be a great option for some people for me they just changed the way I felt in the saddle. I ended up taking these off and taking time to do a Cowboy Twist on my stirrups (which I should have done in the first place) but I wanted to try the easier fix. They may be the answer for some people but not for me.

Knee Saver
If you struggle with sore knees from riding, this product will certainly help. Though it does seem a bit bulky, the relief it brings is worth it. My 70 year old dad couldn't even ride anymore because of his knee pain, but now he is back in the saddle, and trail riding a Percheron! Be aware that these turners add about 2" to the length of the stirrup, so for my mom that meant using a different saddle than she usually does because she is 5'2", and her stirrups were already at their shortest length. I've used saddles that had pre-turned stirrups, and although that really helps, these turners take even more pressure off the the knees and ankles. After a knee surgery on each knee, I can still enjoy a nice trail ride and not pay for it afterward.

Great Product
Bought these for my wife who has knee problems. She has ridden with these several times and loves them. No more problems. They were easy to put on the saddle. Look good. Very satisfied.

I will not ride without them now.....
I bought these because I would often have knee pain after an hour or two of being in the saddle and with the majority of our riding being trail riding the pain had to be dealt with. I'm 21 years old and do not have any knee problems or arthritis. Of course we tried the classic molding the stirrups ourselves sort of thing with the board through it first. But I've always had the knee pain with every saddle. I now own a trail saddle with wider stirrups and cushioning but it would still not be enough without these turners. These stirrup turners really do work and are well worth the money.I can now ride for hours pain free.

Work wonderful
We actually purchased these because my stirrups didn't go down far enough for my husband but our saddle was ordered specifically for our horse and it was going to cost $400+ to replace the fenders. These dropped them down enough for him and he said its very comfortable as well and he rides out in the mountains for many many miles. Easy enough to install and we just keep them attached to his stirrups and switch them back and fourth for when I'm arena riding.

These work great for long rides.
They worked for what I needed them for. But you need to wear high ankle boots or cowboy boots because they rubbed on my ankles a bit. I’m a small woman and I had to bring up my stirrups quite a bit which may have been the cause.

C'est génial
J'avais toujours mal au genou parce que mes étrivières étaient pointées vers l'intérieur. Je les ai installé et maintenant mes étriers sont droits donc fini le mal de genou,

The perfect solution for sore knees!
I am very pleased with how the pain in my knees literally disappeared once I started using EZ knees stirrup adjusters. It is important to remember though that, because the stirrup adjusters are made of metal, the ankles need to be covered with leather riding boots otherwise the metal will dig into your ankles. I feel it is really not an issue because one should always wear appropriate footwear around horses.
