I really wanted this unit, because I needed a very narrow two-tier shelving system in a cabinet underneath a small sink. I had trouble getting the pieces snapped together, and complained to the seller who promptly offered a refund or a replacement, via email and phone call. At the same time, we were able to get the unit assembled, and I didn't want a refund or a replacement, but very much appreciated the offer. I am SO pleased with the unit - it holds so much in a very small space! I would highly recommend it - you just have to work a little bit at assembling it.

I bought a similar product to this from the Container Store to put under my bathroom sink. I really liked the product I had from the Container Store but they were sold out at that location, so I decided to try this one from Amazon since it was a couple of dollars cheaper. It definitely does the job, but I would not buy it again because the assembly is terrible. It’s very hard to snap the sections into place (very small holes for large inserts required a lot of finger dexterity), and it took me over an hour to complete what should have been a very simple set-up because I had to keep giving my fingers breaks. All-in-all it’s not a bad product once completed (especially for the price), but I think there are better products on the market for slightly more money that are higher quality... and keep my sanity.

Most everything seemed fine. Out of 6 stands. Only two drawers(one stand) came in with cracked plastic. I will reach out to get this replaced and see how the customer service is. They seem relatively sturdy, I’m sure they can’t hold too much weight, but for under sink items like cleaners, makeup, etc. I think they will be fine.

It's really cheap plastic and flimsier than even I expected-BUT that's pretty much what I paid for-I went cheap and got cheap.I would not recommend this for anyone who wants to store heavier items or plans on using it heavily.I'm using it for storing extra stuff under my sink-something I won't be messing with daily.A good thrifty buy for light-use storage, and those sliding baskets are a really nice touch. I was able to assemble it in no time, and the baskets slide/glide perfectly on the "tracks".

Once you manage to assemble the shelf, it is functional and sturdy. As many other reviews have stated, the main issue with the shelf is that it is too difficult to assemble. I was not able to do it myself, and my husband had to assemble it with a hammer (although product says “no tools needed”). While assembling the shelf with the hammer, a small section on the back part broke. The product is still functional, but I felt that for the money, I should have received a better designed shelf. At the end, I felt that if I had known about the assembly issue (I should have read the reviews!), I wouldn’t have purchased this shelf.

It was the size for the space available. But it was broken already when unwrapped. It's supposed to be easy to snap together, but the tabs were misaligned and it took wrestling and a rubber mallet to get the baskets snapped together. This is a VERY lightweight item, if you have heavy things place them in the rear cause it will tip forward if the basket is pulled out too far. It does not come with anything to secure it down. You can separate the baskets into two standalone units. I had slightly less then 15 inches of depth under the sink and it fits fine. For the price, I would not buy this again. It is made in Taiwan.
