They wont charge in the case so How do I charge them?

Could you please confirm that your earbuds and charging case have power? Because they will show indicator light on charging case. Before charging, need to take off plastic paper on 2 earbuds and clean the charging pins of two earbuds and charging case with cloth.

Can these be paired to two separate devices simultaneously?

I have tried pairing to more than one device. In order to get them to connect to my iPad I have to disconnect them from my iPhone. So I would say no you cannot pair them to more than one device at a time, at least not to an iPhone and iPad.
