Unfortunately I can't use this rod, it was ordered for evaluation, but was deemed unsuitable for the application it was being evaluated for. I will keep if for possible future projects.

10.96mm doesn't work (for very long anyways..) when machining out a keyway channel and using this as a drive shaft. Much too loose. Luckily I was able to find 7/16" OD SS rod which I then chucked in my drill and sanded down to exactly 11mm

I'm using this in a scale. It's holding up the platform and sitting on a load cell. It's constrained by a linear bearing. It fight right into the bearing. I was able to use it right out of the box. It was the cheapest 20 mm rod I could find on amazon, so I have no complaints at all.

I needed a 13 MM shaft to center and true a vintage motorcycle with a spline driven hub. This shaft worked perfectly and allowed me to center and true the wheel in a proper truing stand.

Material and machining seems fine, but 16.5 mm is not 15 mm. Totally worthless to me and wasted days of my time.
