These are excellent! I have bought so many headphones over the years - I am a musician, a regular traveller, an avid gym goer... soundbeats are brilliant for all these circumstances. I constantly listen to music - whether it's live radio, spotify or a new mix of a song I'm working on - the sonic quality is excellent - plus great noise cancelling.I like that these are connected by the wire - never understand individual ear buds... plus they are magnetic and clasp when not using. I have bought these for years now - have also tried out so many other ones - brands, prices (from £10 to over £100) etc - these are definitely my favourite! Highly recommend.Plus great battery life and very quick to charge.Nice mic for making calls and very durable - exceptional value for money... and not white(!)

I have had several pairs of these earphones over the years and overall they are a good purchase. The sound quality is great for the price and the charge lasts a long time. They use a USB-C charger which is easy to use and they are very easy to connect via Bluetooth and have a good range. Having a neck band is handy when wearing them at the gym and they manage well in light rain showers. I use them nearly everyday and they are pretty tough and durable. However, they do have a tendency for one earphone (usually the right side) to randomly lose volume after a while and they become unusable. They are not perfect, but for the price they are a decent choice.

I never thought I'd get on with Bluetooth earphones. I assumed I'd lose them - or worry about losing them. However these feel super secure, yet comfortable, with great sound and long battery life. Because they are connected to each other, you can easily remove one and leave it hanging on your shoulder if you want to speak to someone or need to listen to what is around you. A simple and effective design. Highly recommended.

After 2 years the earbuds won't charge. I cleaned the contacts. I tested the charging cable which was fine. I also tried a hard reset but this was not possible as you can only do this with a charge. Customer support could not provide me with a solution. They offered a 10 per cent discount on a new order. I will not be taking them up on this.

Love these fit snug in my ears, wire isn't too long, perfect sound on phone calls, battery long-lasting.They just lack that bit of base

The sound quality is meh...the low range (sub bass) frequencies sound decent, but there feels like there is no mid range which makes the earphones sound hollow/tinny. As I listen to a lot of drum and bass heavy tracks this isn't ideal. Especially as you lose a lot of audio quality with lack of midrange frequencies.For phone calls and watching YouTube they are fine, but if you're an audiophile like me then you won't like them.After extensive testing, I found if you put an EQ on them, and cut some hi end and raise the midrange frequencies then they sound fine.Hopefully they can retune the headphones cause all that hi end hurts my ears.

Really easy to use, good value for money, great sound quality.

These are solid buds at this price point. Comfortable to wear and with a useful and sturdy clip to attach to your collar. Decent noise cancelling.Decent sound, better than Beats Flex at this price point. Magnetic ends are a nice touch.The control buttons feel very cheap, but they work. The downside is, you need to hold very long to power on/off.The app is pretty bad and buggy.So far I'm happy, don't expect fireworks for £30 and you'll be happy too.
