Mostly broken and powdered pieces
Poor quality. Broken and powdered pieces. I had actually ordered a second time, hoping to receive proper biscuits at least once. But it has hardly any unbroken biscuit. Funnily, the external boxes - it comes packed in two hard boxes - are intact. The biscuits are completely broken inside individual plastic packs, each comes in. Why would they pack broken bits into hard boxes, cannot be understood. Almost like deliberate negligence. Taste may be good, but how do we consume biscuit powder. Intended for smoothies maybe?

Delicious cookies
Delicious cookies and my family members like it . We really like its taste. Its crispy while take byte but melts in month. Its not too sweet or salty but a balanced mix of sweet and salt Packing was nice and sturdy and each cookie was wrapped separately which is nice .. though I paid 60/- extra as delivery charges but still feel worth ..

Quality Product, But Handling Needs Attention
The cookies taste great and the packaging was done well. But unfortunately, they arrived pretty smashed—likely due to poor handling during delivery. It took away from the experience. If the delivery had been better, this easily would’ve been a 5-star review.
