I had my doubts when my wife purchased this to plants some crape myrtles. It is sturdy and does the job for small holes

Item broke before I could use it.
Concept was good. However, item broke as I prepared to use it today. Time span to return was 2 weeks ago- before it was time to plant bulbs.

Goes in easy sometimes hard to lift ; just put drill in reverse and repeat
Easier than a shovel but not in roots. Digging holes for 3gal azaleas
