Will this bench be ok for someone who is 6'2"?

I am 6 foot even and if I lay completely flat on the bench with it on its highest setting my head will touch the floor. But if I stay in a crunch kind of position (like my hands behind my head and I’m fixing to do a push up) my head will not touch. With my height this machine seems perfect to me but I’m not a workout fanatic so I don’t know what’s correct.

No it cant adjust to a flat position, but it will come close

Has anyone actually successully performed decline dumbell presses on this bench? How about a photo maybe?.

I have used it for decline presses pretty often. You have to hold them as you get your legs locked it and simply lay back, then begin pressing.

how heavy is the unit?

It's not that heavy and can be moved easily - but sturdy enough to use. I use it on carpet and it does not move around.
