How many handles does the 20ft have? Is it 12 or 20?

There are eight on mine and they are not sewn on well at all. The children I used it with are from 18 months to 3 years old and the handles came off the first time we used it.

Description says a carry bag is included but I did not receive one in the package. Is the description incorrect?

No, there is no carry bag included.
