This magnesium glycinate is excellent quality. It’s gentle on the stomach and easy to absorb. I noticed better sleep, less muscle tension, and overall relaxation after taking it consistently. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I appreciate the clean ingredients.

This stuff is literally magic. I learned about the powers of Magnesium on r/Nootropics on Reddit. After some research, I learned that many Americans are deficient in Magnesium due to our diets, and that this supplement can help reduce anxiety and allow for better sleep. I bought this without really expecting much results, as I've used Melatonin to sleep in the past and did not really like it or enjoy the grogginess that accompanied the day after. However, this was completely different. I slept through the entire night without waking up in the middle of the night, which is very unusual for me. I usually never dream, but I do almost every night I take this-a sign that my brain is getting the deep, REM stages of sleep it needs. I feel relaxed, as if a weight has somehow been lifted off my shoulders. There are no after effects, and I feel wonderful the next day. The great thing about this form of Magnesium is that is is one of the most potent, and easiest on the stomach. This supplement, Vitamin D drops, a healthy diet, exercise and meditation have helped me increase focus, be more productive and feel great. I'll definitely be using these for life. I'm a 125 lbs female and take one capsule every night about an hour before bed.

I have suffered from restless leg syndrome at night and it is awful. At one point, my marriage was suffering because I would have to sleep in the skate room. I was put on gabapentin and was eventually taking 600mg a night. I hated it so much. I saw someone recommending this and I thought well, I’ll give it a try. This is a miracle supplement. I went from having SEVERE RLS to having a slight episode maybe once or twice a month. I went from taking 600 mg of gabapebtin EVERY NIGHT to taking 100mg only when needed. I will NEVER stop taking this specific formula/brand. I think the glycinate formula is the difference because I’ve never had success with magnesium before. The capsules are larger than normal and I do sometimes feel they are “stuck” if I try taking them at the same time. But it’s an easy fix and I find that drinking a full 16 oz of water with the dose helps tremendously. Helps me feel sleepy and I have no side effects, no burping, no negatives whatsoever. There are no taste to the capsules that I can tell. I love this product so much, I will NEVER go without.

So far they seem to be making a difference. I am a high-performance athlete and was struggling with muscle tightness and limited range of motion, no matter how much I hydrated, foam-rolled, or got massages. A fellow athlete suggested magnesium supplementation and I thought I would try it. I have had great improvement in my mobility without having to scale back my training. I have made huge progress now that muscle tightness isn't holding me back and making me miss training. I am also sleeping better and the best part is my menstrual cramps (which used to wake me up in the middle of the night, even after taking 1200 mg of ibuprofen before bed) have completely disappeared! The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is that the labeling is confusing. It says 300 mg on the Amazon listing, 400 mg on the barcode, but on the nutrition label it says that 2 capsules deliver 150 mg of magnesium. I can only assume this means the capsules have 75 mg of magnesium, and 225-325 mg of other stuff in them, but that makes it really hard to know how much to supplement. Alternatively, if the capsules have 150 mg of magnesium each, 2 capsules would deliver 300 mg like the Amazon listing (but not the barcode label) says -- however then the nutrition label should say either that 1 capsule = 150 mg, or 2 capsules = 300; not that a "serving" is 2 capsules and each "serving" delivers 150 mg (I hope that makes sense -- but you see why it is confusing!). I would love to get a straight answer from the company about exactly how much magnesium is in each capsule.

We have been using this product for over an year .it really helps to relax muscles and get rid of body pain if ypu take it two hours before sleep.the noticable effect is observed after 2 weeks of use when you begin to wake up fresh in morning without any joint or muscle pain.highly recommend it.so glad to use a product that is non GMO and yet not that expensive.

I’ve been taking this for a month now, I dont really like the size, its not a small pill but its one of the smallest magnesium pills I can find. This amazing pill allows me to sleep throughout the entire night. I didn’t start taking it for that reason but im positive this is what is helping my sleep cycle.

I didn't feel or see much of a difference. The dose is quite small for the amount I usually take (500-600mg) of the citrate form. I ended up switching to 144mg of L-Threonate and finally started feeling the benefits of magnesium.

I ordered two bottles because I had read ingredients with no filler but rice flour in the picture, but I saw magnesium stearate on the container of this product! I get them back right away!!!

Nested Naturals is such a great company, they really research their products and strive to bring the highest quality to everything they sell. It's so hard to find the glycinate (aka non laxative) version of magnesium so this is a great find. If you have sleep issues, anxiety, and/or menstrual cramps this will really help. Love it!!
