So as every purchase , I read the reviews. Some were good, some bad. So I purchased this cam and I'm so glad I did. Very easy to install. Just as stock this has guide holes. Bike seems to run smoother . Although it sits inside the cover, I like the look of this cam. With almost everything in live , just take your time and line it up correctly. Set your exhaust and air intake with the correct feeler gauge and you should be good. Over all I am satisfied with this purchase and happy I did it.

Good quality cam for the gy6 150

I installed the cam (lifelong mechanic) and I know what I am doing. set the timing on a brand new 150cc Gy6 157QMJ engine. First start I knew there was an issue, The engine missed was spitting hesitating and had little to no power. after troubleshooting ignition, timing, fuel, and compressing to see if the problem lied there first we removed the cam and replaced it with the stock one. Reset the timing and it ran fine. It is unclear whether I received a bad cam or their design is faulty but I had never used an A9 before I will stick with my A12 cams from my normal retailer. I was led to believe with a stock engine this would work fine. Even advancing or retarding the timing did nothing. So scrap pile with it.
