An excellent entry-level computerised sewing machine for the beginners...it has a learning curve; but it's extremely user friendly and anyone can learn using it in a jiffy. It is probably one of the most affordable computerised machines in the market and offers a great value for money. The only thing I was skeptical about was the customer support, considering some competing brands offer sales and service in my city, while the nearest service centre for this brand is 100km away. But the glowing reviews here gave some reassurance. Nevertheless I contacted the company and bombarded them with lengthy mails wrt to the service centres and what I am supposed to do if something goes wrong. I received prompt replies for every single mail with detailed information, which gave me some reassurance that I won't be left without service and support. After I received the machine, installation and setup was a breeze. I am a beginner and I didn't know the basics of sewing. As a result, when I couldn't get some patterns right, I panicked and contacted their customer care. They explained things over a video call and taught me how I should use those modes and where things went wrong. In fact they offered to give me a training session, though I could not opt for it due to the language barrier. SO, I have had a good experience overall. To summarise, - It's a good machine - it works well and it's easy to use (always refer the manual before trying anything new - look for the right presser foot for the application and the settings for that) - it's packed with features that are not available on any other machine in this price range - It's a good value for money - The company replies to your queries fast and is sincere with resolving your issues I would recommend it now. But take it with a grain of salt: I am a beginner and I have never touched any other sewing machine in my life before. I have started using it only now, though I have learnt a lot with it in a short time. I need to use it for a year or two and see if I'll be of the same opinion in the long run. Cheers!

I gifted this machine to my wife on her birthday. She is in love with it . Pros 1. Weightless and protable. 2. Easily understandable Manual. 3. Quality of stich is really good . 4. The service is good, the distributor is very amicable. 5. The foot and accessories are way better compared to other sewing machine accessories. 6. The trainer associated with this product articulates the usage in a polite and easy way, she is pretty much accessible most of the time. Cons. 1. Additional 2k needs to be spent on inverter to avoid damage to the machine in case of power failure . 2. It would have been nice if there were more colour options . Overall satisfied with this purchase

Great Sewing machine

Ultra smooth working. Neat stitches. Extra neat and clear patterns and letters. Simultaneous use of foot pedal and on/off swich gives extra ease for works. Simple and easily readable interface. Really fell in love with this model and started enjoying the easiness. But the piece which I got and the seller's reply and explanations on an issue forced me to return it. My daughter felt a mild electric shock while touching the metal parts. I checked it, confirmed with a line tester and contacted the seller. They simply told that it is the presence of static electricity. He also said that there may be fault with my house wiring. Remember, the machine carries a two pin electrical connection. As an electonics engineer I couldn't swollow it.

Review after couple of weeks of usage - Excellent sewing machine. Sews multiple layers of cloth without any issues, just that the right speed and right stitch length needs to be set. The customer support is excellent - they always respond to your calls without any delays. A soft cover is provided along with the machine. The user manual is elaborate with pictorial representations and perfect for even beginners to start with. Just go for it. Additional accessories can be purchased from bernette/bernina Mumbai office, they send the accessories through speed post. The warranty card has to be filled in and sent back to the head office as mentioned in the warranty terms and conditions. Shall update in long run for any further highlights.

Nice and easy to use product for beginners or experts. We did not have any prior sewing machine experience but Barnett seller provided online training and trainer gave demo with lot of patience. Cons: machine has two pin plug and machine gives shock sometimes. Solution: Reverse the Pin position if you get shock. Update after 8 months Thread is getting stuck in the Machine and Shock issue is still there. Will update review after visiting Customer care

The machine looks good but there were no accesories in the box like charger, bobbins etc. I raised a return request order USHA Janoma stitch magic which was delivered and is great. Has been a week and still waiting for Amazon to pickup this machine. My money is not stuck for the mistake done by either seller or Amazon delivery. Pathetic experience....

Jag troode jag köpte en maskin på bilden i anonsen ( Den är reklam fri)och efter som jag köpte den från amazon så förväntade jag mig inte att där skulle stå Shopty på maskinen. Hade jag velat ha en reklam maskin hade jag köpt den från Shopty direkt. så Maskinen går tillbaka

Hace un par de años que tengo la máquina pero hace algo más de uno que la uso con más frecuencia. La compré sin tener experiencia por lo que comentaré algunos aspectos que he aprendido y pueden ayudar. La máquina viene con un test de hilo. Es algo normal de bernette. Tengo una remalladora de la misma casa y vino igual, no quiere decir que venga usada, la máquina es nueva. Cose genial, es fácil de usar y el panel es intuitivo, hay un par de vídeos sobre ella que pueden ayudar para aprender a enhebrar, sí ya has cosido el enhebrado es muy sencillo y similar a otras máquinas. Es silenciosa y la tela corre genial. La recomiendo sin duda alguna. Eso sí, como todas las máquinas, requiere cuidados. Compra agujas acordes al tejido, limpiarla frecuentemente, Ponle aceite y tendrás una máquina estupenda por mucho tiempo y evitarás errores o problemas de costura. Mi único pero es el pedal, es algo pequeño y en la velocidad más corta no hay sensibilidad (siempre cose igual) a medida que subes la velocidad sí puedes regular más con el pedal. Si has probado máquinasas profesionales (como una bernina) lo puedes notar. Pero las costuras que hace son una pasada.
