Collectible Military Challenge Coin Holder Stand Display (Walnut), Case CN06

With as many coins as I already purchased & the others I will be purchasing, I thought these may be handy. These to I will be getting more of.They are made of real wood, not quite sure what kind exactly. The stain on them are a dark walnut. There are four rows of slanted slits to hold three coins in each row, twelve coins per holder. Not a huge amount but this has quite an impact when displaying the coins.There are longer display racks, but smaller ones arranged in various sections of my husbands cabinets work best for us.They arrived on time, very well packaged & no odor from them being stained. One is a bit darker then the other but we are still very pleased. Yes we will, being getting more. My husband collects some silver dollars & fifty cent pieces, these will work for them as well. I was looking for a small coin rack holder to place on my desk to display my favorite challenge coins and this was it. I have a few odd shaped coins (i.e. not a perfect circle) and those coins fit and stay up in the slot without any issues. The wood seems to be made of good quality and I like how it looks on my desk. It's been a great conversation starter. I'd consider purchasing another one if I have the room.

Had some coins in a drawer (Army). Saw my brother in law's coins laying on a dresser not displayed (Police). Decided it was time for us to put them on display. This works great and I now get lots of comments on them at work where are now on my desk. You should think about putting coins on display

I have quite a few coins that my grandson has had his eye on. I bought this so he could have someplace to put the coins I gave him.All of the slots are the same size which didn't work out for me. A couple of the coins I have are thicker and don't fit in the slots very well. It works...but not the way I wanted it to.The holder is very attractive and has a rich looking finish.

Very well made and excellent finish. Mine came with a small crack in the wood where it appears there was a part of the knot that came out. It cleaned up real well and actually adds a little character to the display instead of just being a perfectly uniform piece of wood.Dimension-wise, this should hold about 9 larger/irregular sized coins with some spacing, and 12 smaller coins with spacing no problem. The wood itself is standing up pretty well, and I don't see any indentations or marks where coins may have pressed, rubbed, or scraped the finish despite a few months of rearranging my coins. It's also very affordably priced in comparison to some of the coin displays you would see at a PX/BX/NEX/whatever, and makes for a pretty good conversation piece. If I ever need a larger one, I'll be checking back in to see if there's a larger size available.

I had only a few military coins to display, so this was perfect. The wood is nice and it is a tasteful display stand. No one noticed the coins until I put them in this display on a window sill in my office. Now, even though it is subtle, many people notice it. So, it is a good display stand for home or office!

Although advertised as small, one has to realize that any coin larger than 1 7/8" to 2" will take up space as oppose to smaller coins. If you are a collector, you will need a few of these to make up for not purchasing the larger versions. Quality of the product is excellent.

Awesome coin holder for a solid price!!! Nice quality with a heavy base. it’ll hold around 12 coins, it’s awesome for someone like me who doesn’t have that many and is on a journey of collecting more.
