Omg, the best stuff ever!! It’s easy to spread and goes on thick! Works way better than the prescription grade! It literally protected and healed. My son had the worst diaper rash that we fought for more than a week and this literally saved us. We keep it in stock at the house. It does last a long time and can be hard to remove with wipes but easily comes off during bath time with water and soap! Definitely worth it and so cheap for what it is

This is the go-to for diaper rashes. Whenever my daughter has a severe diaper rash, we switch to this and within a few days of heavy application it goes away. Normally we use desitin max strength which is great, but this is the ultimate fix. Well worth the price for the comfort for my daugher.

I swear by this. I have a 3-month-old son who was constantly having eczema flare-ups, and I couldn't figure out what to do. I took him to the doctor 4 times for the same issue. I tried everything literally. Nothing was helping. The doctor even prescribed steroid creams. It would work for a while, but then stop. I was desperate to get my baby some relief. I had some of this in my medicine cabinet. I stepped out of faith and applied some to his inflamed area to see if anything would help. I swear by the morning, it was clearing up. I used some again the following night, and in 2 days it was completely gone and hasn't been back since. It's been over a month. Highly recommended. Since he's still an infant, I only use it once a day until gone.

Amazing on those tough diaper rashes that are tough to fight. Thickness is good. Very protective moisturizer that keeps those areas protected from wet diapers. This healed a yeast infection that a prescription did nothing for.

Yes, it's thick, messy hard to get out the tube. As others have suggested, put it in hot water before applying. But it's zinc so it's think and white chalky paste. Not grainy to me, maybe weather has a negative impact on the product (heat/cold??) I apply, a little goes a long way, like lotion to affected area, rub it in as best I can, and go about my day, by days end, I shower and reapply, as per directions, twice daily. I've had no issues with it. Warm wet cloth to wipe off hands or where you don't want it, and good to go. It is like diaper rash cream, I see it working well.for that. Jock itch cleared in 3 days, athletes foot took a week, and some eczema type rash took about 4 days, all on different members of the house, but it's worked for all sorts of skin stuff.
