I just received and opened m package and disappointed to see the kids scratched which you can actually feel the roughness. These were a gift to someone out of the country and difficult to return it UGH!!!!! The glass quality looks good

I travel with these bringing my own food during flights and trips..They're leak proof using a silicone gasket, and 4 way snaps to that have a positive snap feature so sure its closed.I've purchased several of these for my family and friends.Glass is oven, freezer, microwave and dishwasher proof.. and heavyweight glass.. really durable.

These nest very nicely. Clean up well in the dishwasher. Easy to open and close.

I am an avid user of Lock & Lock because it helps me keep less plastic in the kitchen. Storage containers that are glass don't absorb odors or stains like the plastic ones do. There were a couple things I noticed about these new and improved thermal resistant ones though.First, the set does leak but only just a tiny bit. It doesn't leak noticeably if you use for regular storage and take things in and out of the fridge like a normal person would, but it does leak if you flip it entirely upside down or on it's side. I like to test my containers out like this because when the little ones get in the fridge, accidents can happen. That being said, though, the seal is pretty good on these and the leak was only just a tiny bit when entirely upside down. It's going to be a huge headache saver.The glass on this set has a yellow tint. It's that way on the photo, too, so it's how it's supposed to be but all of my others are clear. Perhaps it's something to do with the thermal resistance, I'm not sure. It isn't a huge deal or anything, but worth noting that it has the faintest tinge of yellow all through it.These are easy to clean up, though. They seal nicely without any issues. The four lock system works perfectly and as long as two sides are locked, it keeps the lids on.I especially like the resistance to thermal shock. When I do leftovers, I just take these out of the fridge, take off the lid, and set in the oven to warm up the leftovers as the oven heats up. I can even use broil with these in the oven as I broil at 525 F and these are safe up to 750 F. They're supposed to withstand temp changes of up to 250 F switches, but I set mine in the oven out of our 40 F fridge and let them heat with the oven, which starts at 70-80 F usually (air temp).The large one is pretty substantial, too. Holds quite a bit of leftovers - I can fit the entire lasagna or spaghetti leftovers in it. Great little set add to my collection, and they stack. I use mats between them in the cabinet but they could be locked and stacked, too.

This is a set of 3 containers & 3 lids for a total of 6 pieces.These are excellent quality borosilicate glass – a much higher quality glass than Pyrex dishes. Pyrex mainly uses soda lime glass now for their cookware – cheap glass - it shatters easily. Borosilicate glass containers have much greater strength & are much more resistant to thermal shock (going from hot to cold or cold to hot). This is the glass used in most laboratory beakers.The lids on these are well made & hold tight.
