The Photography Bible: All You Need to Know to Take Perfect Photos

It's a Michael Freeman book. I don't know how many different ways Freeman can present the same information and make it fresh and new. If you have not been introduced to Freeman's books, this is a good start.The book first printed in 2018 is still up to date, equipment wise. Books on digital imaging quickly age to the point of uselessness.This book covers just about every thing you ever wanted to know about photography. Most of subjects are timeless photographic principles presented in a new and fresh manner.The book is small enough to fit in your camera bag for instant reference.

I have read about 3 dozens of photography books including few from Michael Freeman. But this is the best. It is concise and has lots of information and some are advance. I also like the size of the book. It is smaller than other books so it is easy to hold and read. Well cone Michael.

This would be a fantastic book - if you could actually read it. In seeking a convenient size, the publisher went to type too small for anyone to read conveniently. It is really a shame because the content is worthwhile and pertinent.

My husband loved this book so much that we ordered it for a young woman who wanted to learn more about photography. Very helpful information for the novice and even semi-pro photographer.

Very informative. The only downside is that I would prefer it as a full size book with regular print size.

Great refresher for the basics and beyond. Includes “Challenges” to motivate your learning, for example, practicing changing the shutter speed to either freeze the action in sports, or blur the movement in a waterfall. Each new section concludes with a new challenge, or what I like to think of as a photo project.Perfect size to tuck into the camera bag. I wish it had a ring binding so it would lay flat.
