Cuts like butter
This saw is a monster!! I've been using it to cut 24" diameter pipe that is 1/2" walled , I made a jig that I put on the pipe and it has magnets to keep it in place , then I guide the saw along side it and it's a perfect cut every single time !! I've had it for about a month now and just ordered a spare blade for it , I know as much as I use it that day will come that I'll need to change it , I also have a evolution mitre saw that has a 14" blade and have had that for prolly 8 years now and you would believe how many cuts I get out of a blade on that thing , I think I'm only on my 3rd or 4th blade on it in alm that time, thousands of cuts !!I'd say don't even think about it anymore , just get one , and you'll think how did I ever get away with not having g this awesome tool !!

It's a big saw. Imagine a miter saw motor with a cutting plate guide. About 36 pounds
Solid performer. Fence is slightly flimsy (plastic), the cut gauge is like learning a new language. I bought spare 8.25" Olsen steel cutting blade. I think I can send them out to resharpened. Collects about 80% of the chips. Wear gloves, the reservoir gets hot from the chips. Cuts smooth as glass. Very noisy, wear earplugs

Incredible saw
So I read through the reviews and thought people were being a little over the top with their reviews. That ended up not being the case, this saw cuts fantastic, if you can run a circular saw for wood you can run this saw through metal. It shows pictures of people cutting square tubing but it didn’t do very well through that in my opinion, chop saw is much better rated for that application. I cut up a 5’x10’ sheet of 3/8” steel plate like I knife through butter. The saw is very loud and throws metal chips everywhere so I recommend and face shield and ear plugs, rolling magnet makes clean up easy. When buying a replacement blade make sure to buy the 20mm bore blade that is the goofy size it takes. Great saw wish blades were a little cheaper.

The right tool for for the job! Doing it right!
Excellent heavy industrial saw. Cuts like a hot knife through butter.

Amazing saw well worth the price. Only a few small issues
Amazing saw. We used it to cut 1/16" all the way up to 3/8" plate steel, 2" angle iron, and 2" square tubing. It went through it all like butter. It works amazing. The only issues we've had with it were that the bolt for mounting the blade stripped out and we had to re-tap it and use a larger heavier bolt. Also the glass viewing port shattered while cutting through a piece of 2" angle iron.

Quality and heavy duty
Highly recommend this saw if you have a lot of heavy metal to cut. I used mine on some 1/2 inch plate, as long as you take your time it's no problem. I'd say it's a lot quicker cutting speed compared to a torch and a much cleaner cut.

Poor Design
Definitely wouldn't recommend this saw and the guide. Purely on the fact that they don't include the "adapter" for the track system for the circular saw they make. Why would you not include an adaptor with the saw or the track, much less need an adapter to adapt 2 products both made by Evolution? Poor design if you ask me, especially for an additional $60...

Good saw for the price
I use this for cutting mostly alum plate up to 3/4" thick. It would probably work better if I had the alum blade on it. Seems well made, heavy and has good power. The removable chip container fills quickly, but that's just because I am making longer cuts. I'm pleased with the saw, glad I purchased it. Would buy again, a good value for the money.
