This is a nice blend that really does help if you're feeling stuffed up or having some difficulty getting your lungs full of air. I've used it before, but it really came in handy for the symptoms and lingering after-effects of that respiratory flu that swept the globe. Any time I felt like my breathing was being restricted, due to immune response or even a general cold, I definitely found relief after sipping this tea.The taste can be a little bitter and might be offsetting to people who generally don't like stronger herbal mixes. If you absolutely hate Earl Gray or Indian Chai type teas, you probably won't like this blend. It doesn't taste like those, but it's the same kind of distinctly strong aroma. I'd say the taste is more like a light version of Jaegermaester mixed with Sambuca and some bitters. So if those liquors repulse you, this isn't for you.For those who don't mind those, however, you will find real relief from this herbal mix.

Really enjoy the flavor of this tea

This is the third time I have bought this tea and I love it! It has a smooth flavor and for me, anyway, I think it works well. I usually drink it twice a day. during the day I mix it with pure mint tea and in the evening with chamomile tea,al of which are Caffeine Free. These teas are 16 bags per box and each tea bag is individually packaged. Definitely would recommend! Side note - if you haven't had this tea before please only get 1 box to start because this tea has a very unique flavor and as you know everyone has a individual taste prefernece.
