Lemon-Aid 714 - Can Support a Calm Mind and Improve Sleep (60 Capsules)

Quick delivery. Reasonable price inc.delivery for this particular product. Worked very well at first to help regain regular sleep pattern. Effect started to diminish but then I was sleeping better and didn't really need it . Now use as and when. I need to be in bed ready to sleep to get the benefit of this to drop off. If you have to get up or are watching TV or on your phone, you can override the relaxing and drifting off effect quite easily. That said, it is also easy to shake off in the morning and feel fine. Glad I purchased and likely to do so again.

Received my order of Lemon Aid 714 about a week ago and I'm so pleased with the product so far. I wanted to try it to help out with my anxiety, which seems to trigger when I'm out in crowded places lately. Maybe a result of being in lockdown? Who knows. I've noticed a big reduction in my anxiety symptoms even after just taking one tablet a day for a week. My wife was also keen to try them to help her sleep and she can't believe how much better she's sleeping after taking the same dose as me for a week. Delivery was on time, recieved it next day. All in all, great purchase!

I think it does help with anxiety, I have been taking these for 3 days now. They do help promote a calm mind which is exactly what I was after. Doesn't really help me drift of to sleep any easier but I am hoping that with continued use it will.

I use these supplements to aid with my sleep. They work nicely and seem to calm the mind before I fall asleep. As previously mentioned, I wouldn't take the supplement while watching TV or on a mobile phone and expect them to work to their full potential.A friend of mine uses these to combat anxiety and panic attacks. They suffer with headaches, sweating and nausea in certain, specific situations. They are happy that this supplement seems to calm their mind before going into these situations.

I've been using this for a while now and it works, simple as that.I ran out over Xmas and had a rough spell until delivery from supplier came mid Jan, I find it takes about a week to take full effect. I take 2 an hour before i go to bed but you need to practice winding down as well like deep breathing and no excitement or caffeine drinks for a couple of hours before bed.Great that Amazon are now stocking it with next day delivery, direct from supplier is a bit slow like 2/3 weeks

It's first aid supplements what helped me with my anxiety and especially insomnia. After first use, I could sleep well, longer and felt calm. Only thing is, that it can make you feel a bit drowsy and dizzy but other than that, I can really recommend them.

Absolutely love these tablets, i started with anxiety 2 years ago after having a panic attack & been petrified ever since of having another 1, after messaging lemon aid on fb who were very responsive i decided to give these a go, I'm so glad i did, as soon as i feel that knot in my stomach i take 1 they slow my heart rate right down & stop them panicky feelings, i always have them with me now.
